This place is a horrible organization to work for. Management is why! They hire management with no education because no one else wants to work for them cause they treat their employees horribly. Turn over is high. 
Management takes no accountability for mistakes of their own and plays the blame game, it’s pathetic. 
So many good employees are leaving this organization. 
Anyone can move up as long as you do what they want and not ask any questions or challenge their authority. 
Agencies can’t even get workers to come to work for this RHA. 
Management turn over high too. 
They turn good working people into miserable employees by the time they leave. It’s so sad. 

I absolutely loved my job with home care and excelled at my position always being an advocate for my clients. When I was doing 24hr care for palliative clients I found it difficult on my heart because I’m an empath.  I was working for home care after my first son was born and up untill I went on maternity leave with my second son. My sons are both high spectrum adhd and my younger son is low spec autistic as well and I choose not to return because caring for my sons disabilities is a lot and I’m pursuing my welding career

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Same every shift.  Given exact details of each clients needs and what is expected of you.  Ability to ask questions if necessary.  Clients are always happy and appreciative of your presence.

Enjoy working whatever department I'm in. Always kept busy, day goes by quickly. I have learned many differnt diets,and the preparation for them. I do enjoy working for Andrea B. Most of my co-workers are enjoyable to work with, and work just as hard, and steady as myself. I don't really feel there is a "hardest part of the " other then maybe some days just not enough time. The enviorment mostly, I just enjoy being in the hospital or lodge.

Great company to work for until u have a bad life experience, they treat u like a criminal , fire first before they offer help or guidance or some sort of treatment , union is weak as weak can be ! Did nothing to help me out! Would not recommend working here lower management supervisors are ok upper management are brutal no care no heart , but don’t realize what we go through PTSD ! 1/ 10 stars the one is cause the money good

While work is fine and the people where I worked were wonderful, the management is horrible. No communication. Seems like a complete lack of experience. You also have to watch some of your coworkers for being backstabbers. 

Good experience. Would recommend. Was treated well. Had excellent manager. Fast paced and lots of work. High turn over rate so always busy with employees changing positions to get permanent part time of full time positions. 

Just a casual at the moment. Very flexible schedule allowing for reasonable childcare accommodations.  I enjoy going to work and the steady pace.  If I have questions there’s always someone willing to help me learn a new procedure. Friendly doctors, nurses and hospital staff. 

Lots of hours and flexible shifts
learned a lot from dealing with both acute and chronic conditions
worked in homes and hospitals 
management could use some more training
physically demanding
met a lot of people and built good relationships
