I think Impact Cleaning Services are a hardworking company and care a lot about their employees. The time I have spent working with the company and the experience I learned from them is just splendid. Am very happy that I got to work with Impact, I would totally work with the company again. I learned a lot about cleaning, it isn’t just clean and get it over with. I learned from them that there’s more to cleaning. I clean to receive great feedback and to provide a clean environment for all.

I’ve worked here for three years and have stayed because the pay keeps pace with living expenses, and raises are given when performance is strong. Supervisors lead with empathy and fairness. They ask if we’re feeling overwhelmed and reassign tasks if someone’s struggling. They celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and give shout-outs for strong performance—it feels like a team, not just a job.

Started work in february 2022 as supervisor at a mall, performed cleaning / maintenance work for a bad client. Asked to be removed from that location and the transferred me downtown. It has been good ever since. I'm not a supervisor but I thought the company was very supportive so I remained. The work culture where I am at is great.

The manager and head office was always available by phone and often in person.

I did a good job, management let me do my work. 

Typical day at work as a cleaning supervisor includes, visiting each floor and opening up offices for staff to clean. Doing the dishwashers on certain floors to pass time, and at the end of the night, locking all offices and making sure garbage is taken out and floors are spotless. The cleaners are respectful and welcoming.

Have worked  for Impact for almost 4 years now 

Never worked for a contractor that has treated me with respect and complaints me on my job. Very refreshing to have good reviews as a site supervisor 

Have a great operations manager  and a district manager. If your looking for a good  cleaning contractor to work for or to contract out your cleaning  work

Management is always approachable. From day one, supervisors checked in to ensure I had everything I needed—supplies, schedule flexibility, even training. Any concerns I had about routes or hours were listened to and addressed promptly.

Organized company with respect for employees. Good work environment and good benefits. Good co-workers and above average wages. Workplace makes you feel free to perform your activities.

The management does not care if you have to clean everything within a short amount of hours, the area supervisor does not even have the decency to acknowledge you if you are in the room
