Nothing don’t work here. Toxic work environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with constant finger pointing and bad attitudes, owner treats the guys like dirt “let’s make the guys work 12s-14s to get the job done and have no reward, just maybe a pizza party at the end of the year.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible 0/10, would not recommend.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nothing but depression and regret.

- Safety was not a high priority; workers working with exposed extion cord wires, as well as standing on pallets welding since it floods when it rains. This was not a place  I choose to stay long for this reason. Management mentioned that the cords were going to be replaced. This never happened. 

Those that I worked with on the shop floor, a real solid group.

Gave an idea for an increase in productivity, it cut down a substantial amount of labor, management took the idea as his own.

Poor work culture, most employees show up right at the start time or 10 minutes late, foremen are almost always late.  They talk big but no action, cel  phone use is supposedly prohibited but people are always on their phone texting constantly. Management  seems to favour some employees over others even though they have undesirable work habits.
 Most of the shop floor staff were good to work with though.

My work here is not routinary, its more challenging everyday, management is considerate, i have build a good relationship with my co-worker, they are cooperative, helpful and supported me all my warehouse duties. They are small company with tons of bigger projects and they never get idle.....

I absolutely loved working here I've never had a job i enjoyed so much I enjoyed learning and everyone's willingness to teach and guide there where some many opportunities for growth and advancement just choose which direction you wanted to head the opportunities where endless and the work environment was positive for the most part

unsafe, unmaintained, air poisoned, unventilated sweatshop. The owner has the personality of a spoiled rich child, and the managers mostly survive by throwing the staff below them under the bus whenever there is a dispute because they too are afraid of him.

Benefits was decent, pay was a bit low when I was there but I heard they had a pay increase since. What made this placre good is you'll never find better co-workers and management. I came in green af in the trade but they had the experience and patience to train me. Always gonna be thankful to this company

A very young, ambitious company filled with vibrant minds to get the job done, if its busy and you like to work hard that's all you'll do. They have a culture that work is everything and weekends are made for such things.  If it's slow, you better work hard because chances are your competing for your job with the guy beside you.

My overall experience was absolutely amazing at impact industrial. I was treated with nothing but respect from the shop to the office, over all friendly people, all very helpful from the day I walked in , couldn’t of ask for a better team to work with!
