Working at impact was a great learning experience, doing direct sales and taking on the responsibilities of planning events and marketing products for large contracts gave me and unbelievable amount of confidence as well as knowledge and skills to grow as an excellent sales and customer service rep. . I have a student mentality so I enjoyed the experience. The hardest part of the job was that it was commission based and at this point in my life I have to have more consistency.

There is no pay really. You make a small percentage off of every sale but it's not enough. They reel you in by saying you can make up to $1200 a week, but it's usually closer to $200 and that's if you're good. You have to spend unpaid time in the office and waste time. The people are usually friendly, but it's just not worth it. Plus you have to drive all around the province to sell without getting paid for gas. It's a huge scam.

The job sounds very appealing during the interview portion, lots of promises which are not followed through and the expected commissions discussed are unrealistic. I have seen pay cheques of other workers for a week of 5 days as low as $29.00 in total. Interacting with the public is a nice opportunity, but the weather often permits the success of your work day since it is almost always outdoors. Not worth it.

Love working for this company.  The management and office staff are amazing and always very helpful.  The position at this company has motivated me to be a better worker than I have at any other job I've ever been employed at.  Also, the opportunities that are given here, are unlike any in the area.  The owner of this company invests his time in you because he believes you can be the best.

Great company to work for. Everyday is different and keeps you on your toes. Positive environment. Challenging work that is still fun. Manager is really supportive and there is a great training program. Lots of opportunity for advancement within the company. No seniority is awesome, promotions happen when they are earned.

-working 7 days a week and talk down to or called in on the weekend when you thought you could have a Saturday off
- working in disorganized shop
-not given proper tools
-not given a grinder but expected to grind.
- like having welding cables held together with duct tape


THAN THIS MIGHT BE THE PLACE FOR YOU.

The owner of this company is great to work for, there wasn't a cut-off time for getting back to the office which does not make it easy for people who bus. I would work six days a week and around 13-14 hours each day. This company is great for creating excitement on a day to day basis.

although there is some benefits that come with working here.. The pay is not one of them..its strictly commission, and they had of habit of not telling u your going away to represent their company the morning of the trip .

easy going day but also challenging always learning something easy going people never wanna have a bad day at work..easy going people good work environment

each day is different, different people to talk to and try to sell. I had the pleasure to work under this employer and travel all over Atlantic Canada with this company. one of my favorite jobs
