This company does not care about it's employees.  It "lays off" it's best employees in mass layoff while turning around and hiring much cheaper labour. Full of nepotism,  the only way to advance is if you know or are friends with upper management. 
They are always late with paying their bills so there have been numerous times vendors have cut off shipping parts until bills are paid, which causes a backlog and ripple down affect to the shop floor. Additionally,  they have had tough times on occasion of not being able to pay their employees on time. It's been proven it doesn't matter how hard you work, how well you do, no one cares. Slackers advance more easily than hard workers if they happen to be buddies with managers. Their engineers are a joke, putting together poorly crafted designs which constantly need to be reworked by those on the floor who actually know what to do. Inventory is always out of whack because they have no concept of just in time parts management.

-	Purchased equipment that was identified as a process bottleneck, supported by ROI studies.

The company has strong values, they recognize employee for extra work. if your employee of the months you can  park in number 1 spot near the door ,that’s an awesome right!

Not all company spend time and money to recognize employee each month but this company preserved this values. 

I do appreciate this company, the top management is easy to talk to and no pressure , both management to production is working together to fixed some issue if there is, the level of professionalism is  high - respectful and calm I notice it .previous company I had office politics and where after meeting backfired and slams door sometimes.sad 

The environment affect your work and that’s what I see here this company I feel at ease  bec  of the people. 

Honestly it is not a bad place for newer workers to start out.
It can be repetitive but that's the nature of manufacturing work.
Usually a lot of overtime available if you wanted to work it, and that's the way to make good wages as the base pay is pretty low.


They had the ability to produce a wonderful product by following the ISO procedures they had put in place. Unfortunately they too often disregarded these procedures as long as they could get away with it, all in order to speed up production at the expense of quality. Those who stood their ground and tried to follow proper procedures were shunned by management

Enjoyed working as relief receptionist, clerical support clerk and expeditor in the purchasing dept. I learned some basic accounts payable and the ERP system there. The hardest part of the the job was occasionally not being able to get the delivery answers for parts that the company needed to meet manufacturing schedules. I enjoyed working with educated, positive people.

If you value yourself then don't even think about working here. Completely unsafe, management don't care about nothing. This company is a revolving door at best. No matter how hard you work if they don't like you, they will make it so you leave. If you take any pride in yourself pass this place over and don't even recommend it to anyone. This is the lowest of the low in Chilliwack for employers. 

Good place to work if you are an electrician wanting to take a break from the construction side of things, and have a mix of electrical and mechanical work. Lots to learn in Test Bay, great foreman on site and fun team building company events such as paintballing, golf and BBQs take place annually. Wages are average, benefits are good, RRSP matching after 1 year. 

Do not work here. There is a pervasive negative energy that surrounds this place and it's employees. Gossip, incompetence, unsafe situations, unprofessional attitudes and behavior are everywhere here. No job security either. 10 minute breaks are a joke.

I enjoy the environment, and love the different things that I have been able to be trained on so there is a variety. They will accommodate for any time off or certain times people can start shift. They find things to do when production is slow so there is always work to do.
