I enjoyed working here. There were really no cons unlike all my other employers so this was a refreshing change. There were a minor scheduling issues but nothing major and they were easily remedied. You will find scheduling issues everywhere being a PSW (Personal Support Worker) but this company seemed to want to really help. They want you to succeed. They do not have E a huge turnover rate like other PSW Companies. Or any other company (for example call centres). I can’t say enough good things about them. I still work here but I work around my other career now. I decided to go back to school (again - for a 3rd successful time), and I’m now in my 40’s and take a different Health Care Profession. I want to remain as anonymous as possible so I will not state my new occupation.

Management of my own time at my own pace

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes there are no clients 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Im by myself so I directly treat with clients and I love it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starting after 10 am receiving calls or messages from clients, answering them as soon as posible, then working on their documents

flexible working schedule is fantastic
very bad communication makes for confusing working environment leading to caregivers inability to understand what to do and when causing mistakes. make a mistake and you will not get support. you will just not get shifts. 20 years in this work I have never seen such bad leadership.
I don't recommend working here. defeated and deflated.

I loved working as an independent freelance artist. It gave me so much flexibility and I chose my work schedule. I had the pleasure of meeting amazing artists and account coordinators/executives from multiple cosmetic lines. 


Working independently is tough but excellent for pocket money, it gives you experiences in different areas and helps you discover in what places and domain ur good at.

I enjoyed working independently a lot, as I was able to accept jobs on my own terms and typically the workload was very manageable. Since I only took jobs on my terms, my pay was dependent on that, and it isn't stable in the longterm.

A typically day babysitting is quite fun because you get to watch the kids grow up and start learning new things each and everyday. Getting to know the kids and watching them grow up has been amazing.

Great place to work, friendly atmosphere, reliable co workers, never failed to pay on time, accommodated shift changes well, awesome job overall. thanks 

Very good place and I feel welcomed. I am appreciated for my work. I enjoy coming to work and I leave content. The pay is great and I feel it’s very fair 

Job was great. Worked my own hours at my own rate. Gained consistent and insightful knowledge surrounding childcare and was able to transfer my skills.
