Tough place to work. Not the work itself but the culture.
No solid policies and communication is the worst unless it is in an act of ridiculing, mimicking or degrading staff or customers. Constant bickering and yelling (by the owners mostly) make the place uncomfortable to work at, at best.
Most staff feels they are in a choke hold and in fear of losing their job daily except those they have made their personal friends. Favouritism abounds. Sexism too. And double-standards a-plenty.

Benefits are worst I've had anywhere, pay isn't great either.

You want to work here, rule of thumb is put up with whatever is thrown your way and say "yes" to every request. Make sure you can deal with being demoralized or watching/hearing others be demoralized on a daily basis.

I have been with this company for seven years - they are awesome. They are a growing family company who treats you well. The key to be treated well anywhere is to be someone who shows up on time and who works hard and is an ethical person. There are a lot of people that I have seen over the years that complain but do not have good work ethics and do not want to be team players. 

The owners of the company are some of the best and most intelligent people you will meet. If you are a hard working and honest person then you can be expected to be rewarded for your efforts.

Worked over three years here. Was offered to drive most vehicles. un safe equipment for yard vehicals. Works is to be completed quickly. Very poor and dirty lunch room. Management are money hungry and don't care about employees. Training is delayed and not up to date. Company has no direction and no room for advancement.

It started out great! Thought finally a decent place to work. BUT believe you me, You have to experience it to actually believe it.  From Hr to management ( who were the worst)  to overworked supervisors. 
Toxic place to work. You agree to something once and then its expected ALL the time. 



Not the most hospitable of companies, people have been stuck at the same wage for decades. And when someone asks about a raise, they are told "We'll be doing a raise review this year" and it hasn't happened since I've been there, 2 1/2 years.

Work is easy.
Monday to Friday
People who work there are all good
Most office staff are easy going.
Some of them are on a power trip.
and trying to push their weight if this is read by anyone working there they will know who I am talking about!

Love working here the management is really good there is lots of safety and plenty of options for promotion. Really
Good if your new to the industry and need a foot in the door

Its okay. Not somewhere you want to stay forever. Easy to learn what you are doing, lots of different things to do while working there. Free lunch at the end of every month. Decent benefits
