What is the best part of working at the company?
People were amazing. Work environment was positive and organizational culture was inclusive.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Part shortages which caused line down.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive, inclusive and collaborative. Welcoming environment and staff was willing to provide training.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working with suppliers and production folks .

I want to love Inscape.  But it's difficult to do that with the constantly changing priorities and high staff turnover.  No sooner do you get comfortable with someone and they're gone. There's no longer a sense of security or camaraderie amongst team members.  It feels like a very unstable work environment.  A lot of this or course is due to Covid, but Inscape also has a long history of this. 

Pros: 
- Flexible hours
- Can work from home
- Company events such as baseball
- Friendly atmosphere


Cons: 

- Poor communication between departments
- Older culture (not for young workers, at least for me)
- Different tasks are assigned to people who are not specifically responsible for the field of the task
- No salary raises for two years in a row

The employees work together to make our products to the highest quality standards

Micromanagement is prevalent in all departments

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good at times but bad at others

The Company provides a great work - life balance with inclusive management. Your ideas are heard and acted upon. You feel part of a family and team.
The Controller provides leadership to the finance team and allows the team to develop strategies to make to be more productive.

Good culture. Good work life balance depending upon your department. Company needs to invest more in their employees to keep good ones from leaving to find more money elsewhere. Great team that knows the value of doing social and team building activities.

Inscape is a great place to work. The company is a great mix of friendly people with varying years of experience. They seem to care about their employees and are beginning a growth journey! It's a great time to work here.

Inscape was a supportive company, who offered valuable learning opportunities for their employee's. Management were great to work for, encouraged advancement where possible.

I loved working at Inscape.  Unfortunately, some poor management decisions in recent years and also as a result of the Covid pandemic, Inscape was forced out of business

Very friendly employees to work with. Great products that the company stands behind.  Expansion on product lines would be a great asset.  New showroom in Toronto is absolutely beautiful and showcases the products in a great space.
