Private contractors comes and goes for repairs and few complaints from residents at night and none at all in the day, wonderful place to work in.
Learned to be supportive of co workers who are not all that conversant with the job.
Management is great but with zero tolerance to any mistake that might jeopardize contract.
Co-workers are great people but needed to be reminded that work ethics is relevant while at work.
Hardest part of the job so far was whenever an emergency alarm goes off, the residents were all freaked out and would start calling security one after the other because of fear and at this point some of them looses their bearings and eventually make wrong and hasty decisions. Aside from this, the job is without stress.
The most enjoyable part of the work is when end of the year bonuses are paid.

This company has great co-workers to work with and there is a lot of exposure with the law and working closely with the Toronto police service. Management is very poor and very disorganized. lack of communication between management and poor work ethic. among management

I have worked for intelligarde for 3.5 years in one of their most important contracts, Toronto Parking Authority, and I was terminated recently for no cause. They have done this to many of my past co-workers but I did not believe it could happen to everybody but no one is safe from being let go in that company. They basically chew you up and they throw you out when they are done with you, no matter if you did something wrong or not.

I worked for this company for 2 years part time and this company is very disorganized, always they will call you in last minutes for a shift while you are still working. Most place I worked is new site ans there is no briefing before I go, they just send you in and expect you know what you are doing.

intake parcels, logs patrols customer service and complains. nothing stays the same. good property management.solving problems. Solving problems. Looking out for clients. greeting clients.

Great company, good management. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Lots of over time available. This was my first security job and it was a wonderful experience.

Management and benefits are good. Everyday dealing with different situations with my team is a compelling job and it teaches us something different everyday

The advertise themselves as a fantastic company. The occasional manager at the individual level is great, at the Corporate level in the head office, they are a joke.

They have Good sites which are easy to handle and have a good work/life balance. Shifts are flexible. Overall, A good company to work for.I would recommend.
