You see, you can't judge the whole company based on this review because I worked in the customer service/tech support department.

Your restroom breaks are carefully monitored, you aren't allowed to leave your desk, you have to keep your headset on at all times etc, etc, etc. If you want to trade your basic human rights for 45,000 per year, go ahead, but that lifestyle wasn't for me.

Out on the floor as an engineer or soft dev, you can be sure to be treated MUCH better but stay away from their call centre job.

There are THREE managers! That is absolute nonsense! Three managers to run the Cx department which makes no sense.

The hardest part of the job was not really knowing how to do the job, and management can't help either because of the rapid advancement and development of the mobile apps.

Just stay away unless they offer you 100,000 per year or something.

Great people but poor executive leadership alignment.  Good sense of teamwork and people care about each other.  Makes the best of the sometimes limited budget available to provide perks like free breakfasts, subsidized bbq lunches, etc.

Not a decent company. Bad management. No manage-employee one-on-one at all. Bad facility, and not one wants to take the responsibility. Employees are not allowed to use all the washroom - one for visitor, two for CEO and secretory, and two for all other people.

The company churns through employees thanks to a lack of cohesive planning and execution. Even management itself is part of that high turnover. It results in a company that spends more time spinning its wheels than moving forward.

Enjoyed supporting a good team of engineers, materially and financially. Plenty of planning, review and supporting activities. For the most part, well managed. Some exceptions at the executive "B" levels.

A dynamic environment. 

Fast paced and never boring. 

A great group of people who create a unified team culture.

Technology leaders, always on the forefront.

New & modern facility in a very convenient location.

Developers never allowed to code properly, fix defects making each release more a more difficult.  Management always pushes new features instead of clearing technical debt.

Strong customer service and engineering groups. High employee turnover rate due to a lack of sound leadership. Senior management does not listen to the employees.

Great team and great products what allows to use latest cutting edge technologies such as Java, Objective-C, C#, C++, ADO, .NET, etc.

Enjoyable environment, but company lacked direction and ultimately went under. Little to no focus on project priority and scope of work. A lot of skilled people though.
