Up in the morning as usual and of to the bus stop,summer was not bad but winter was bone chilling,
On the bus of to the mines get my assignment at the dry on the bus again and get dropped of to the truck assigned,It was enjoyable on those roads nice crush stone the co-workers were very helpful.
The hardest part of the job was to get out to work in the cold winter weather.the enjoyable part was to be in a warm truck.

Not a very enjoyable place to work.....that's it.

Hardest part of the job was working with the cold. The best part of the job was the satisfaction and excitement of working on such large equipment, coworkers for the most part were great, management was a little rough. lacking in experience in most cases.

depends who you are working with plus managenet never answer phones if there an issues .The hardest part if one client is out at 200am you have ot go an serach for them by yourself

Wipro overall is a good company to work with though the benefits are not so great. Management depends on the projects you work in as you always find good and bad people in all the companies.

working for iocc is challenging to say the least.
very isolated, very cold, very dangerous but the people were great
I learned lots about mining and what it entails to be able to get the ore out of the ground

good place to work friendly work environment great safety programme friendly staff good working hours lots of overtime and great community environment

Supervise men and women on my shift during their normal duties during shift.

Great people, facility is older and more maintenance is required to ensure a safer work environment. I recieved a lot of help and support from management and workers.

Inspect machinery such as  conveyor belt systems,                  cyclones, screens, pumps, etc... hosing and ensure                   
  a clean work environment.
