for starters, they don't tell you that the job is 12$ an hour and that you have to earn the 4 other dollars as a bonus in the job description. it says salary up to 17$ which is a lie.  you have 1$ bonus if you are working full-time and the 3 others $ are obtain  depending on the customer's surveys % you get - whom are never happy - so you basically never receive your 3$ bonus. you are allowed 5 min late in the MONTH if reached you do not receive your bonuses even if you worked full-time or if you had a good survey %.  you receive about 50 calls per day. the hardest part of the job is to put up with very rude customers. the workplace culture is inexistent. they only care about your stats. they do not care about their employees and if you find yourself in a low period and your stats are not excellent they will fire you. not to mention that half of the computers don't work so even if you are on time you might be late due to computer issues. they say there is no pressure to sell products but there is.

Personally I found it extremely easy to talk to customers because i was always smiling and happy when I attended calls, I'm always told that I'm too nice and I smile a lot. 
There was actually no hard part to the job because it was quite straight forward so I listened to what the trainers told me to do and did as they said. 
The most enjoyable part would have to be when the trainers or the supervisors told me that I'm doing good and told me what I could improve on because it made me better at what I did. 
My Co-Workers were quite humble however i always made a small talk with them as I passed by to be nice and friendly.
Overall I learned to be on task, be organized, have a proper schedule, be more social, learned to work on myself and how to do a task better then told to.

A great environment to work in, my colleagues are very nice to work with they've taught me a lot and continue to teach me. I can safely say that IOS takes making work fun to whole new level, they've made sure to remember whens my birthday and have given me a gift every year and that's love. A typical day at work is me logging into my pc to check all the emails that have been sent to me then I organize each one by priority and begin by the most important task that has been requested, once that is complete I would then begin my regular daily tasks which consist of checking the antivirus system to ensure that no threats are lingering on any workstation or on the servers.

It was mostly young people, that worked there. A typical day when i was selling would be me coming in, supervisor talked to us for around 20-30 minutes. Then i would take calls and read a script while trying to sell plans, value packs or roadside assistances. When i was a data entry clerk, i would come and see what area needed work and started immediately. We had quotas but it waas never really a problem since i am fast on the computer. The co-workers were funny and easygoing which made time pass by quite fast sometimes.

Keep on speaking my friend and yes the same thing again and again. 
you will learn to say same things again without getting bored but after sometime with confidence.
hardest part is to convince the customer with what so ever you have, and the point is sometime you now its not gonna work for this client but still keep on speaking my friend.
and one day you realize that when you pick the phone of your girlfriend at your home after a long nap you will be saying the very first line of that script which you are use to speak again and again. and yes don't forgot the last common lines too.... lol

best time are when sale do get made

Typical days are routine, most of the stuff you'll be required to do is scripted, all the solutions you need/will be needing to offer are already created and given as a manual, so the work is easy!

the environment is great, the supervisers are very helpful and understanding and the hours are great for students. they also give great incentives upon reaching the daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Its  a good job learning different areas of campagnes  and the hours are flexible 
You really need to know  how  to  know the material that your  doing taking the calls
