IOS Call Center

I've been with Indeed for over two years and have seen many changes along the way. Some for the better some for the worse in my opinion. Overall the company is a great place to work. The environment is young, competitive, and fast paced. Training is excellent and the sales team is growing extremely fast so advancement opportunities look good at the moment. Management is good and will take time to make sure their people succeed. It's nice to be treated like an adult and a true investment to a company. The only issue I have at the moment is the lack of transparency with quotas at times. I guess that's the way it goes in any large sales force. It would be nice to have some more analytics or data about how quotas are formulated even if it is just a reflection of a large company goal for the quarter. Overall I would recommend this workplace to others.

It acts like an average call center job with poor management inside the company. It could've been a better experience if it weren't for the poor management and shift change system at work. Hardest part about the job would be getting recognized and moving up due to the competitiveness; however, it was rather easy and enjoyable because of the amount of tasks that were brought upon you as a worker.

A Lot To Learn. So Much Info. Presentations. Text Books. A Lot Of Theories Applied. A Lot Of Computer Use. A Lot Of Talking. A Lot Of Socializing. A Lot Of Busy Work Schedules.

I learned that I do not want to work as a call center agent, but the work[lace culture was good, and the hardest part of the job are the stressful days with upset customers...

No benefits  cut commission  pay  is shady  ,  they want you  to 
 sound   like a robot  on the phone  No  dental benefits  ,  dont  give  raises  ,  make you work on statutory  holidays while everyone else is off

it was fido’s call centre , so i was taking inbound calls and used to solve issues with bill , carrier . 
i also became floor support there (team lead)

Very nice people your opus card is paid and get a discount on your fido or rogers contract.

very useless work....you do the most useless surveys in the world that have no value at all, be prepared to be cursed at by the clients.
