Worst job ever the hardest thing is to make sales and they are always pressuring you and are behind your a** so you can make sales the script is bad everything is bad the supervisors dont care bout you honestly I am so happy i left i just couldnt take it anymore their was like 6 people that were in training with me when I first started and they all left cuz its a really bad quality of a job they even fire people for talking bad about the compagny when in their private life wtfff

this job can be really stressful like it can be really chill. but the training is 2 full time months and then youre thrown into the pit with little proper training. so many employees leave before the training is even done, because everybody uses it as a rebound job. were all there until we find something better. 

But we all know how call centers can be...

My experience at iOS so far is great. Great team and lots very well organized. The management team is willing to help their employees improve and get the best out of themselves. Feal accepted and  blend well with the team.

I have learnt a lot working in IOS. This work experience has increased my confidence and my self-personality. It has taught me to withstand with any pressure in every complicated situations.

The advantageous of this job is that it has a very flexible schedule on the other coin round, they put lots of pressure on agents also when I asked for days off on Christmas vacation they told me that I have to resign and I will be rehired after vacation. But, when I came back I had not been rehired.

- Call centre experience for the first time. 
- Answering the calls and passionately defining the product because you know that the product is very useful and good. 
- When you reach the goal , we used to be done for the day and go home.

Not that great of a place to work but if you are a good employee the benefits are good for a student job. the hours are really flexible but as far as job security you can never be sure if they will keep you for long

The management would tell me to shut up and work.  Very disrespectful!  Very productive when working in silent but sometimes would fall a sleep.  Low pay.  There bonus system sucks!

The environment is friendly and multicultural, which is very interesting to meet new people. I love to discover new things and talk to customers.

It was a awesome place to work, with many different hats to wear being a sales rep. I was able to become more comfortable speaking on the phone. most of my co-workers were very nice. great place!
