I left working on my 5th month. i never completed  a full week's work after training . every other day some people were asked to leave without pay. usually after 3 hours. the training was too short for the amount of tasks we were expected to perform. aggressive sellling and upselling for inbound calls where clients were calling for issues. without resolving we had to give sales offers to the clients, we had to ask if they were satisfied. had to follow a ridiculus script regardless of the situation. i broke my ankle once and could not go to work. i sent a note from ER indicating i could not walk for 10 days. i received calls and emails from 4 different team leaders asking for the note, saying i did not advise was not coming to work - on a daily basis. the system would not work to process a sale and when you reported nothing was done , but i got reprimanded for not selling at a weekly meeting. it was so horrible with unrealistic expectations. I enjoy the friends i made. in the end after 5 months i quit

a typical day at work - repeat, the only time someone contacting you is when the team manager want to pick on you, and give you hard time.  but when you ask for help (training & you didn't get paid which you should) man, you are on your own.
What you believe you learned - not work there!
management—no management, always missing payments, then you have to chase for weeks to get your pay back, you have to report your leave even for few minutes to get paid (wash room, restart their computer when it crashed, system error—which is always happening)

If you do the job, then you have to fight for the pay you should get. The worst part is they make the call. 
There were 18 people training at the same time; 4 left after the 1st week of online working, and none left after 3 months.

it's a call center job but not a good management and also the salary is nothing in compare to what we do in compare to another call centers.
Also even the free opus card they offer is based on good attendance and otherwise you wouldn't receive it and in one year working there I just got it twice because even I was on time they system had issue and make me 2 min late and they don't let you to grow unless you are friend with the managers.

I have been working at lO Solutions Part-time (Less than a year)
Most of the employees are quite friendly and the place is somewhat easily accessible by public transit but otherwise I can't think of a single one

Unfair pay with cap @ $14 and no opportunity to earn more.
Refuse to give benefits to disabled persons. 
Lies about company perks. 
No flexibility is schedule's. 
Unfair employee favoritism. 
Terrible management that have no clue how to manage people. 
Cheap company holds potluck dinner for employees but management goes to a restaurant for holiday meal and bonuses. 

•	Developed extensive convincing skills along with gaining customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
•	Also, announced as top seller many times and generated revenue for the company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Team leaders are really helpful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Support team never reply on time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is calm and supportive.

I wish I could give them negative ratings. There hiring process is not upto the mark and they have poor management. Job is highly stressful and management makes it even more stressful and they fire people without reasonable reasons. 

if you can find any other job , do not come to this one. Some customers are disgusting, and you have to take care of them, even if they are rude. You will not get enough support and training, even though the salary is super low, and there is no health insurance,

So a typical day of working wouldn't be full time although you have applied for full time work they literary cut your hours by half.Other than that people over there are cool from supervisors to co-workers.
