I recently started working at IPAC Consulting and I have never been more excited to come to work every day.  I have truly come to appreciate the freedom and autonomy that have come with my role — it has allowed me to complete work to the best of my ability, while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance! 

The team culture at IPAC is exceptional. Every person who is employed at IPAC hold their own unique set of expertise and the team is always incredibly supportive, kind, and collaborative. Everyone is willing to help one another succeed. I feel encouraged and valued in a way that has never been offered to me by a workplace.

I also have come to deeply enjoy the sense of purpose behind our work. It's feels amazing to know that what I do has a real, meaningful impact on the wellbeing of others.

Working at IPAC Consulting is both rewarding and challenging. A typical day is fast-paced with lots of variety—training, client support, and collaboration across departments. Management is supportive and recognizes your strengths, encouraging growth and initiative.

The culture is fun, friendly, and team-focused. There are great perks like travel opportunities, pizza lunches, and amazing coworkers. While the work can be demanding, you're always learning and feel valued. Lots of opportunity for advancement and professional development. Highly recommended!

I’ve only been with IPAC Consulting for a few months, but it’s been a great experience so far. One of the things I appreciate most is the balance between support and independence; I’m trusted to work on my own, manage my schedule, and travel to different client sites. Getting to visit new parts of Ontario has been a really enjoyable part of the job.

I worked at IPAC Consulting full-time and had a very positive experience during my time there. I worked at IPAC Consulting for two years as a Client Success Coordinator and had a very positive experience. The company is fast-paced and growing, which gave me the chance to take on a wide variety of responsibilities. I was able to explore different areas of the business including: operations, marketing, business development, HR support, and project coordination, which helped me grow my skills and understand where I fit best.

The team is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants you to succeed. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas, and you’re encouraged to take initiative. It’s a great place for anyone who wants hands-on experience and opportunities to develop.

I’m sad to say I had to leave IPAC to move across the country, as I feel I would still be working for them today.

I enjoyed my position as a Covid swabber.
They paid very well, and I found them to be flexible with other provisions (gas, hotel, daily food allowance if in hotel). 

In my time with the company I floated from nursing homes within southwestern Ontario swabbing guests and workers, some residents for Covid19.

Twelve hour shifts made it easy to schedule other aspects of life, and feel like I got the most out of a work day.


Great for learning as you go but the work place is very toxic! The CEO is the problem and is very manipulative. There is no work life balance and the job description changes every week with no change in pay or training. Please do not make the same mistake as many of us. Ask during your interview what the employee turnover is like or what the average length of employment is for people at this company. Their answer should sum this all up. 

Working as a Consultant at IPAC Consulting has been a rewarding experience. The leadership team is knowledgeable and supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices. I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse healthcare settings, deepen my expertise in infection prevention and control, and contribute to meaningful improvements for clients. Expectations are clear, the work is impactful, and professional development is encouraged. A strong environment for someone who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
