The day can be quite stressful depending on the amount of incoming calls and/or paperwork. It is manageable though when you have a good team backing you up. Some people can be quite demanding of you, but you learn how go prioritize what needs to be done first, and how to handle individuals. People around the office are generally nice and welcoming, and it is a well managed environment.

Great brokerage to be a part of. The team of agents are friendly and open to helping each other out when you're in a bind. The support staff offer their assistance on many things to help further your business.

Great company.  People always willing to help.  The principles of the company and the managers are easy to access and are very approachable.  They are always looking at ways of improving procedures to make things easier for their employees.

My time spent working as an assistant for a broker under IPro Realty was all around a very positive experience. I was patient, understanding, as well as a needed member to accomplish tasks.

I enjoy working for this brokerage. Beyond amazing support staff, available Managers who are quick to respond and assist. I don't participate in the get togethers, training and gatherings but I have heard they are wonderful 

Working for IPRO Realty was such a fun experience. It gave me great new skills in an office setting as well as improved customer service skills. If you are looking to get into real estate, I would highly recommend working here.
