A typical day at IQT was enjoyable , I learned how to deal with irrate customers the management was alway ready and willing to help you , my co-workers were great im going to miss them. The hardest part of my job was Learning how to get past some you who blames you personaly, for there problems that were usualy cause by them selves. The most enjoyable part of my job was makeing new friends and the chalanges that I would over come . The bonuses didnt hurt either.

This job was like a lower-paying version of work I did at another telecommunications company with an added metric of having to up-sell Bell services.  If the sales metric was not attained, your job was terminated, even if you performed well in all other areas.  Eventually the staff attempted to organize against this U.S. owned company at which point they closed the doors permanently.  I was not employed anymore when this happened.

Typical day at work was relaxed. We were given quotas to meet and were expected to meet them. We learned a lot about what goes on behind the scenes of a telecommunication company. Management was good, it had its flaws. co workers were the best part of it all. They were more like family. The best part of the job was going in and being greeted by everyone and starting the day off with a smile and good attitude.

When I worked for IQT a typical work day was answering 300 emails, scheduling training for all employee's at 3 different locations, updating schedules for late and illness, report to management, approve time off, monitor incoming call volume and much more

This call center was awful They went bankrupt.I am not sure what else to say, working as an inbound customer service representative takes one with a lot of patience. Everything was timed and you had to make a sale on every call.

worst place to work ever. they locked out their employees and refused to pay them. I wouldnt have applied if i knew how bad it really was. The management were horrible at interpersonal skills. Being run by an american holding company didnt make it any better

The pay was excellent, however the work environment was terrible. No one cared about their job, and there were random employee 'lock-outs"/firings by management.Overall, bad place to work.

company closed down closed doors people out of work no pay, I left prior to this happening and was lucky I got my pay check before this happened.  terrible people

They got paid by bell and then left canada and didn't pay their employees. They set up shop in the states and left all their employees nothing for the hours they worked.

This company went bankrupt and did not pay their employees for the last month of work

we were a third party call center working with a phone company.
