Awesome workplace..Team leaders & trainers are very efficient ..helpfull and knowledgeable..Best job I have ever had since I am in the workforce. I would strongly recommend IRCC to everyone.. Wage is really good. You get holidays off with pay. Also get medical after 6 months of work. Team leaders made me feel like a person..also made me feel at home. There is also a possibility of advancement.  I do not have any complaints whatsoever about working for IRCC in Sydney NS. Great environment, clean , professional.Also made me feel good that I was helping people...I actually looked forward to going to work every day. I never felt stressed or nervous at work.If I needed help there was always someone right there to assist. There was always security on the site 
And that made me feel safe. Also had a half hour for lunch and two fifteen minutes breaks during a shift.  Again I must say awesome  productive and fair work place..Keep up the great work Sydney IRCC.


Work at IRCC is good but managers expect the world while seemingly doing nothing themselves, they lay all the work at the feet of employyes while disregarding what it takes, often you have to love over multiple pieces of identification for a client, this should be through but there is a quota so often you have to rush to meet quota.

Managers need to try doing the actual work processors and pre-assesors do before complaining because the could not make it through the average insane amount of processing the average worker does,

IRCC is a great place to work at, they are very dedicated to training employees, so even if you are having trouble, they'll dedicate time to helping you learn new rules or regulations with little stress. I was a contract worker and only worked during the summers, eventually I worked at-home. Very relaxed and all the staff are friendly.

Nothing is stressful about this job.

It is very inclusive. Also, they are willing to assist you in any way.

The atmosphere and people were incredible. I loved working there.

Very busy. The days went by quickly.

Work from home ( until changing to once a week and eventually will move to 3 times a week) 

Amazing team members and management 

Bad part is uncertainties of work arrangement. You never know when you’ll end up on another team due to workforce adjustments. Also no transparency when it comes to your contract end date 

Lots of pressure to reach the daily quota, sometimes felt you are doing all this work for nothing .lots of meetings, mostly work from home with 2 days at the office with a bad internet connection .

The IRCC is a highly productive and efficient government body with an environment of teamwork and support to produce high and positive results. It is a relaxed environment though at times can have high-demand and time-sensitive tasks to be completed urgently.

You need to work hard to satisfy your client neverend requirements. Keep learning while working. When required you need to work overtime in the evening,weekend. Sometime you need to standby and on call.  Not a work life balance environment. 

It was a great place to work, the Management Team were helpful and supportive, the staff would go out of their way to help with any problem I encountered, lots of support and help for sure
