some of the foremans are very nice and easy to work with,acouple of them have no rite to call themselves foreman,all they do is drive around off the jobsite,go for there coffee and smokes non stop,they dont care for there workers,you show up for work and maybe work 1 or 2 hrs and get sent home because theres nothing else to do,because they didnt do there job and line the work up...i could go on with pages of issues with these people...there 1 superintendant knows his stuff,the other one is a joke. He is a drain on the company,nobody respects him or likes him,wastes the companies money and gives it a super bad name with the clients,,there is alot more bad then good...Pros...the owners are nice people and the office staff,and survey guys,and 3 forman and 1 superintendant,

IronClad EarthWorks is a great company that allowed me to work for them as a general laborer. They had a positive work culture and i enjoyed working there for the short time did besides the long hours, blistering heat, and overload of misquitos.

Awesome company, good pay, good work / life balance. Smart team in office and professional supervisors in the field that makes it a great company to work for. All year round work and great hours . Long weekends off depending on work load. Awesome owners and great support.  Overall a good company to work for with an amazing crew.

The foreman’s don’t communicate. They don’t give breaks, and expect you to drop your personal life for them. 
No work life balance. 
They don’t ever grade roads, and expect you to break your back all day, everyday. 
Garbage equipment. 
Would never work here again! 

Loved working for this company. Owners are great and very approachable. I had lots of hours and good experience with the superintendent and other operators. Would come work here again for sure. Lots of opportunity for advancement if you take the initiative and want to learn. 

Bunch of low quality workers that they call Operators or Foreman with a fleet of squeeky ungreased equipment doing as little as possible during a day.
Fails to meet legal & moral requirements for Employers - HR never bothered to reply when told.

The supervisor I was assigned to was a really awesome guy. Although he was not the best at providing clear concise instructions in the morning you definitely did not know when you’re going be laid off. That was a complete surprise. That’s typical at most construction outfits


They hire to many works and don’t have enough work to keep everyone busy. Work a couple days and sit home a couple of days. If your looking to work full time work it not the place to be. For me the best day of work was the last day of work.

Not a terrible place to work. Other field staff are great to work with on a daily basis. Owners seem ok. 1 definitely more intelligent than the other. 1 of many similar companies to work for in this industry.  I’d say others are more organized and have more work. 

great management and staff. There was always something different to do.  From environmental to commercial, Ironclad did it all.
