Always looked forward to meeting new clients and customers that walked in the door. I learned as I went along in this company since I was assigned to various tasks and moved into other companies that was always a challenge for me as well.

I had a opportunity to manage as well when I was needed in different areas. Always had a opportunity with my coworkers where I learned from them and had other connections within the company to advance. 

The hardest part of the job was leaving and starting my new assignment.Especially when it was for a longer period of time, where it always takes time to adjust as well.

The most enjoyable part of the job was always meeting new employees again and having the chance to get involved with special functions.

I have not worked for any agency before but this agency after hearing from other workers at other agencies seems really good. Their agents actually care about you and don't treat you as just a number. Job security with the agency is good, however like with any temp agency the job sites they send you are dependent on your job performance and the company needs. Been there for 9 months at Is2 and they've gotten me good placements in these 9 months and worked with me whenever i had issues.  would recommend to anyone seeking a good employment agency in Newmarket or Barrie

Good company to work for, but no recognition for good work or extra hours. 

Poor management:  company needs leaders in order to grow, not bosses. Employees are more pressured than encouraged.

-Unfortunately, direct management is not involved in operations.(Not only lack of involvement, but also lack of interest in learning/knowing/participating)

-Lack of organization in training of new employees, because Immediate management does not support employees with any knowledge, basically not able to answer any question that employees might have about the job.

If you want to learn new things every day, be challenged with rewarding work and get to know some amazing people, I highly encourage you to apply with IS2. The senior leadership team is so knowledgeable and welcoming, as are all other levels of management and team members. 

I'm regularly impressed by the level of autonomy I have in my work and the importance placed on work-life balance. The Delta office has some fantastic recruiters who really care about the people they place and their customers.

I'm so proud to work here and would recommend this company to everyone.

Awful hours making for awful home life balance, the 4pm - 2am shift is the worst. They DO NOT pay you statutory holiday pay, they pay you $6 less than the employer does, resulting in you doing more work for less money as the employers they work with treat their temps like garbage. IS2 never gets back to you, and if you even so much as to have ONE complaint about your employer or ask to be transferred, is2 fires you and inactivates your file. You are a number to them. They do not care about keeping anybody on. 

The job (picking products for orders accurately) wasn’t the issue. Being treated like yesterday’s trash by the management who just want to reach the daily quota was. Worst job I have ever had by a country mile, avoid this place like that plague, especially as a Temp worker. May send you home halfway through the day sometimes and end your contract out of the blue after promising you full time work to keep you motivated. Slimy management all around.

What I learned: I was able to gain the experience I needed to further my career in HR elsewhere, but advancing with iS2 would mean sales 
Management: overall okay.

I liked the job itself but not the working environment. Management is always scatterbrained the only thing  they were consistent at was changing work procedures on a regular basis. Upper management would also micro mange employees to a high degree. The office I worked at had an alarmingly high turn over rate even for a staffing agency. I personal would not recommend ever working here I left and have never felt any regret.

I worked for this company as a coordinator, the company had very low job security. They go through company restructurings quite often. Management is scatter brained, rude and under trained.

This company needs alot of work to be successful, even their customers agree. I would highly recommend gaining your recruitment experience with a professional established company with more challenging positions.

The company is professional and take a lot of pride in its accomplishments, with a staff that contributes to a family-like vibe. The communication is open, morals/ethics are unquestionable, safety is the number one priority, and the people genuinely care about your well-being.
