Poor from the start, you are only good as long as you are working 18 hour days, company doesnt care about employees as long as there jobs are done, if you are on holiday there is no rest with constant phone calls emails and anyway they can get hold of you, I worked for the company for 8 years and quite high up, but anything thing above my post were just bullies. Driving your mental hental health to an all time low, agreed to pay holiday as I worked them and never followed through . Worked 7 days a week and not even a thank you. I could write a book on this company. Stay well clear they use you and then disguard  you when they cant use you anymore, I left and it was the best thing I did. Took them 6 months to collect the cars and it equipment. If you want a life outside work this isnt the palce to be.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for I am a mum of two children and work for the catering in a school kitchen the hours looked good and worked around my kids. The management are vile people who have no idea how to run a bath let alone a company there attitude is disgusting and so unprofessional. 5 days off in 7 months which was all proven as to why the time was needed it was not due to me pulling sickys and am now being punished for it. I get spoken to by the area manager like I’m a idiot and the pay is shocking it’s always messed up and don’t do any overtime you never get so much as a thanks let alone paid for it! Will be leaving as soon as I find another better job which quite frankly wouldn’t be hard.... don’t bother with this sham of a company!

I worked for iss for just over 3 years & they are the worst company I have ever worked for, they have been a absolute shambles from start to finish. It took them 3 weeks to get us cleaning equipment, the uniform they provided was poor quality & didn't fit properly, they tried to cut our hours, they constantly got the wages wrong & to top it all now they have lost the contract to another firm they have not paid us the 2 weeks in hand they owe us & we have not received our p45 so are having to pay emergency tax with the new firm. I strongly recommend to any one do not work for iss they are an absolute shambles & the senior management just constantly lie to the workers 

A typical day at work was managing nearly 100 staff over what was then 2 sites in London,i learned that working with people from numerous different countries was both rewarding and challenging.
The management from the job site were very good to work for on the whole,my co workers were very friendly and on the whole pleasant to work along side.
The hardest part was the travelling and the attitudes of a couple of individuals but on the whole the most enjoyable part of the job was meeting the challenges and issues and getting positive feedback from the client on a job well done.

A typical day at work consist of cleaning and servicing different departments. I learned to take pride in my work and to give great customer service. The management team is wonderful if there is a problem they are there to help you. Co-workers are just like any other sometimes you can work well together and sometimes not. The hardest part of the job is not having the items needed to do a great job or co-workers hiding supplies;. The most enjoyable part of the job is the freedom to mingle with customers will doing your job well

Absolute shambles business manager is a complete clueless bimbo who rather go shopping than help quite often fraudulent activity was happening with paperwork the other mobile supervisor was as clueless and useless as the business manager they also like spending alot of time together in each others pockets where your left to struggle. Expenses never paid I'm still owed hundreds of pounds. The work phone doesn't stop ringing and rings ridiculous hours of the night and weekends when your supposed to be off

working with this company was ok. At first when i started it was good, the lunch break was great there were actually friendly people, but there was a co worker that was not the greatest. after having a disagreement with a coworker things just went different and this coworker was very close with our supervisor. so my supervisor started to harass me to the point where I literally had to quit. The job is great but the work environment isnt the greatest.

A typical day at work involved cleaning and tidying public gardens and parks. I learned key team working skills and time management as strict deadlines were set. the hardest part of the job was working outside and being open to the elements, however, this was also the best part of the job when the sun was shining.

Over all is not bad, Management is okay, Biased but okay, shocking workplace culture, and hardest part of the job is having to work with someone who is always right and co worker who can potentially be a the one who spread lies to make your image ugly.

I worked with Iss for 7 years and I was treated well and paid well all time. Work safety is always maintained
