A decent school with good resources, some good management people who do a good job in helping you to succeed there. Past that, the schools centre manager was challenging to deal with. She doesn’t seem to to have the experience needed to run that organization, isn’t much of a communicator and probably was gifted the role. Would also describe the school’s atmosphere as a little cold, mainly because a few of the longer tenured teachers there were that way. However, there were some really great people there also. Overall, I would personally describe it as an average place to work for teachers. Oh, also if you are not teaching ESL and are teaching some of their diploma courses, expect to be overworked due to lack of genuinely good and well prepared resources. 

Teach for 3 hours in the evening. Always a learning curve with the PBLA platform. Management is very supportive and helpful and the workplace culture is one where teamwork is commonplace. The hardest part of the job is creating the assessments so that they are inline with the PBLA criterium. The most enjoyable part of my job is the students. They are a lower level class who have so much enthusiasm towards learning new things that it is always fun and the time flies by.

The staff and students are great. However, upper management is very demanding and a lot is expected of teachers for the hours and pay they are given. 

Not much material is provided and there are very strict guidelines that must be followed. 

The pay is good, however, the amount of extra work that is required is not compensated.

Tax return preparation.

Interaction with seniors, students, newcomers and low-income earners regarding tax return preparation.

Management are good training-provider.

Co- workers are very supportive.

Hardest part is to see people's reaction when the return resulted to balance owing and enjoyable part is to see them how happy and satisfied they are in their return.

I love my job but I just wanna have a second job to make more Money.
I love clothing and I'm a very expert person in folding and Im fast. The only problem is they don't give us enough shifts and I don't make money as much.

ISS of BC is a  professional and fun place to work . the Employees and the management team are very cooperative and nice , ISS of BC is giving the opportunity of  learning different culture's  in Canada .

not a good place to work, the job is great and fun but HR will not value its employers its better to not even think of working there unless they change the people working at HR

I am so happy that I was hired at ISS of BC, a great workplace
I joined a year ago and I have learned and experienced a lot, particularly on case management and being a real team worker

there was very productive and friendly workplace. I was there as a volunteer. my supervisor and my manager created a calm place and involve all employees to cooperate with others.
