•I did all the slideshow and routine maintenance in artwork piece. HTML, CSS, ,asp.
•Design and create new site with the CMS WordPress, work in PHP HTML & CSS, Javascript work on some template too.
•User interface, ad banners and custom application design for the big client and banner ad in Flash and ActionScript 3
•Learn and research new Technology fit us to use, like SEO in javascript and ActionScript.
•I learned the most is the .net and asp and dynamic feed in by other server in huge data communication site and a lot of the social media features.
• Management -yes and no. They give me chance to try new things and most of them, I never tried before. They listen to my suggestion to improve in UI/UX & visual design. But Cons- they don't listen to my problem clearly, no intention to fix my problem and finally cannot help me at last.
Co-workers are most worst in my life. Only one or two is sound like a normal people. All balance are not even close to a normal colleague will do. No respect at all. Give me a lot of troubles on work for no reason.
Hardest part of the job- The hard drive & back up system have a lot of trouble, the file is replaced by some other file all the time. I have confirmed the version control problem and no other people work in the same file. but the case like more than 2 people working on the same file , but no version control or SVN.
• the most enjoyable part is I got the freedom and room to design and they open minded to accept what i did when I explained all in reasons.

A typical day at work starts with a 30 minute meeting or less by the supervisor or lead, we talk about campaigns and who will work on them. Overall there is approx 7 people working on the campaigns. Usually there are 2 or 3. We make calls, relax and continue. I've learned working in a team in this environment, it's not stressful though it is necessary to continue working diligently. Not a sales job, but we do want people to join and it is important to speak clearly and politely. The hardest part of the job would be expecting to receive  new campaigns, so it isn't that hard. Most enjoyable is the people you work with and how non stressful it is.

Very interesting company to work for.  Many varied job duties through out my 24 1/2 years.  Gained much knowledge and work experience to allow me to transition to other office environments. A lot of data entry, math skills, organization skills required.  Customer service and communication skills with both internal and external customers.

I had a rewarding experience working as a Data Analyst Intern at IT World Canada. The internship provided me with a hands-on opportunity to apply my analytical skills in a real-world setting. 

Great company with great management and great coworkers ! I had one year coop with them and couldn't ask for a better place to start of and to learn !

It was  a great environment to work in. I would not say there was much wrong with the place. Great lunches, parties, and fun crowd. Would go recommend.

The atmosphere was great and people were nice to work with but there is little room to further your career. Salary could have been higher but this was a great learning experience.
