7am-4pm monitoring and reporting site observations. Scheduling weekly to maintain 1-3 week look aheads

Meeting deadlines especially when the software doesn't give you the support to complete some tasks during working hours

Busy everyday doing daily tasks

Working at ITC was like working with an extended family. I really felt cared for and appreciated. When I left I recommended the position to several of my friends, knowing it was such a good place to work. There was plenty of room for advancement and they understood that people also have lives. Plus many of the staff get together after work for other activities... it really did feel like a family environment working there.

Great for construction experience and advancement.  Always keeps you busy. The benefits are great.  
     All the staff work together for a common cause. 
     If does require overtime depending on the project. But most days you will be home for supper. 6 Day work week on average.

If your thinking of working for this company! Don’t waste your time or effort. Run by over payed family members and back stabbing employees and management is thankless pricks ! Owners should read reviews and purge there staff .. project that run over budget and behind time are managed by incompetent employees.

Best people ever. Great job. All my gear paid for. Regular perks like new t-shirts or dinner parties or a new hat every year. Best company I ever worked for

Rather not comment on the project..Long working hours and no weekends off. The superintendents talk down to you and treat you like garbage. Good money but not work life balance.
