most enjoyable part of the job is that we get to experience and learn about new things.
The supervisors and team leaders are super friendly and is always there in terms of assistance.
Company focuses more on quality of the products since most products made are for communication purposes

It`s a great work experience to help you find your future job. Hands on actual experience on almost every level of the products. From R&D to production.

Lots of gossip,Supervisors will yell at you inside production area. Not fair to people.Not fair salary. You will only learn more if you insist in applying to other position. Company will post open position but it is only for formality.

While the pandemic was difficult for every company, the recent lack of sound decisions regarding hiring freezes, salary freezes and difficult dealings with Chinese parent company make for a unsatisfying experience in the last year.

Salary too low with the job responsibilities you have.
Employees are great but room for advancement is too low. Salary increase is not too good, company is producing expensive products but not rewarding enough to the employees.

Working 8hrs plus overtime.
HR are excellent and competitive 
Changes in ownership scares employees on job security
Good and clean work environment
Benefits are good too


I used to work as an operator.  They provide smock. The environment is very clean and comfortable. Air condition is available. Bad thing is their salary is too low too unfair. 

I learnt the manufacture of fiber optic components in this company.
The Managers are open to help for newcomer integration. 
It is a good place to work !

Fun and nice place to work. The people are nice and you will learn more. Benefits are good as well. I enjoyed my stay here. If I could.go back I would.
