I have been working with the company for many years now and what I have seen is that there is endless learning at this work place. If you are capable enough to explore ways that can improve efficiency, your input and work will always be appreciated. With the negative reviews that I see, I often find these as cases where a newcomer could not meet the work  expectation  and passed the blame on company/work culture  for an unsuccessful employee/employer relationship.
I strongly believe in improving/correcting our own actions rather than finding faults in others.

I responded to ad for a cleaner/janitor but was expected to also work as an order filler . these are 2 different jobs full time , guess they figured for minimum wage they'd be getting a bargain and saving money .a company that values (?) employees to the point where there are NO coffee breaks . a company that treats you like poorly . a company where you hear employees complain about one thing or another , in other words , one of those jobs that you only accept if you're desperate for money .

I worked here for 1 DAY and quit. Harsh working conditions and pushy managment. The washroom was in the worst conditions I have ever seen at a place of employment. Dirty is not the word for the wash room and lunchroom. The pay is terrible for the amount of work you are going to do. The management is kind of sketchy in how they calculate the time you worked. The lady wrote 9:15 when i clearly started to work at 9. This job is only for those in a dire situation.
If you have allergies this is not the job for you either.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's not a good advice to work who believes in CRM. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of professionalism and not a proper understanding of KPI.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful throughout all departments 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When they ask you to work on weekends.

You will learn incredibly... as in SO MUCH. If you have ideas to share for improvement, put it in black and white for perusal. Plans changing every now and then but ur idea would still be in the pipeline.

Worst Company with Unprofessional staff Treat Workers like slave with Health & Saftey hazard they sell cheapest Quality Expired food in Market by removing & reprinting fake Expiry Date on products.Warehouse full with pest rat' Mouse Everywhere in food Products. This company should be shutdown by FSC!!!

Clear lack of support from management, benefits offered minimal compared to workload and stress involved. 
Pressure and unrealistic demands created a very stressful environment. 


Workers are overworked and underpaid. Some people were okay to deal with and others were not. Unsafe working conditions at times. Need to update their equipment and pay people more. It was my first job and I was working 44 hrs a week for minimum wage. Terrible

I am working more than 6 years in this company confidently and did lots of changes and development. I am trying to get the company to SQF and BRC certification.

It  is a very good company . It has an excellent work environment and is a multi cultural place . Every one is well respected and is given equal opportunities and is treated with utmost respect.
