If you like doing 3 peoples jobs and getting yelled at for all of them, go for it.  Management doesn't have a clue.  It's all about money in the owners pocket.  The guys on the floor are easy to get along with, but you'll hear them complain a lot and with good reason.  The owner can't be bothered to take blame for scrap parts even when running on very dated machinery that he doesn't want to invest a nickle into.  The owner and his son will yell at you without knowing what they're talking about.  

They cheat their contracts - running parts that haven't been approved by customers, hiding the evidence upon inspection, charging for over time or third party services to collect as much money as they can.  It's pure greed.

i started here with no experience in machining i started as a labourer then worked my way into helping the shipping/receiving dept. i started there first inventory plan. also worked deburing,checking organizing,spary painting parts,empty incoming bins of forgings into iafrate bins(heavy parts 50-150 pounds per forging) thenwithen 3 months i got promoted to running 3 cnc saw machines cutting alsorts of steels. also i got my forklirt license. i worked with overhead crane and have a very good knowlage of work place safty. the worst part of the job was being laidoff due to a huge contract dispute with management. i loved this job its a hardworking job with plenty of overtime.

We had a great work environment. On my shift we had lowest call ins, highest production and least  amount of scrap. As the shift supervisor I supported the new trainees, fed the young people looking for advancement and managed the unmanageable employees. We had a great internal support group where to be disruptive was in the minority and frowned upon. It could be a very aggressive but was one of the most fulfilling jobs I ever had.

The amount of illegal things these people do is just ridiculous any of these reviews are clearly management trying to make their company sound better then what it actually is.

3 shifts, Safety equipment is to be worn at all times
C.N.C. operator is required to maintain quality parts durring the durration of their shift using a variety of different measuring tools, including vernier calipers, and different guages. Math skills are an asset. Must be able to lift 5lbs and more.

Great place to work .Management was excellent.Co Workers very friendly.It was never boring as i learned to operate all the different machines in the Lathe and Milling Department.

Don't work here. They don't care about your safety or what happens to you when/if you get hurt.  No safety training, No job security, no cares about employees.  All about dollars and their own pockets.

Enjoyed working however the company quickly took a turn for the worst and had to lay off most of their workers. Good benefits. Mainly worked on lathe.
