I've learned to be more patient with people based on my interaction daily with the customers. My manager is really awesome she leads by example and treat everyone as equal and helps to build other team member who are struggling with maintaining the required statistics. 
Typical day at work includes login in interacting with customer resolving whatever problems they're having with their wireless devices. The most enjoyable part of the job is the knowledge you obtain based on the issue of the customer as it builds your character and betters your problem solving skills as well as your interpersonal skills.

I had the most memorable moments working with IBEX Global. Being a part of this company I learned many things e.g. How to Coordinate with multipe teams, How to work as a team player,How to manage a team, Documentation etc.I didn't find anything to be difficult in my job but one thing that I found most difficult was to evaluate my team members on quarterly basis. The most enjoyable part of my job was the quarterly dinner which I use to have with my team.

IBEX is a place where you have job security and off-course benefits of working in a multinational organisation. No doubt IBEX is an organisation where one can work independently and is rewarded equally.
