What is the best part of working at the company?
The tight knit and knowledgeable crew. These guys are happy to educate you on things you don’t know without making you feeling bad

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The environment. We work outdoors on active gas plants and are very safety oriented so you need to have your head on a swivel and make sure you’re dressing warm in the colder months. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
We have a tight knit crew and are always open to new comers. We have a very open minded, safety first culture where if you work hard and come to work with a smile then you’re bound to succeed.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
FLHA’S, permits, daily plan review with superiors, inspections, work then begins, 2x paid breaks at 10:00am and 2:00pm. 10hrs day

At Iconic, people are their biggest asset. The management team are always there to listen and help. They are fair in keeping up with industry wages. The company is always looking to diversify into different areas of the electrical world whether it be agricultural, solar, or wind related. There's always an opportunity to shine and advance in this company.

I liked working with the management and the guys in the field. The work was exciting and clean. The work schedule was Monday to Friday, with some overtime. The pay was competitive. The benefits were good once you were on the plan. Safety and quality were essential to the on-site management. I  have worked with some of the people before working at Iconic. I would recommend working at Iconic as I had a good experience. 

I have always loved family based culture in an organization. Iconic is top shelf for treating employee's like part of the family. 
I would forfeit big dollars to work as a person and not a number everyday of the week. 

Enjoyed working with this employer. Would still be there if it wasn’t for Covid. 
Positive work environment. Promote healthy work life balance and owner treats everyone with respect. 
Would definitely return if given the opportunity. 

Don't expect any favors from upper management. Workers get stuck on one or two repedative tasks for months on end, regardless of experience or willingness.
Advancement appears to be based on how buddy buddy you are with upper management not skill or competence.

Great company to work for with a wide variety work. Great coworkers/management. They ensured i was learning multiple different skills required of the trade and listened and took into consideration of my thoughts and opinions on specific tasks and were pushing me to be the best I could be

Loved working for Iconic for the best part of 3 years.
gd leadership boys are great to work with great standard of workmanship 
benefit package is second to none shame the industry has taken a dip and work is harder to come by.

The guys where ok to work with but the wage was at the low end and no pay for travel time, left camp at 6.20 am, returned at 6.00 pm for 10 hours total, they deduct 1 dollar every hour you worked for their "benefits package" ,  this is a company to work short term until you find something better

great company I wish I was still working for them. my only bad experience was with poor management on one site. And they continued to keep this manager on for some reason and he continues to lose money for that company. 

But other than that its a great company.
