There's a workplace clique and the management will gossip like high school students. If you're liked you will get special treatment (Promotions, Good Routes ext) If you're unliked you will be scrutinized for every little mistake you make and the employees and management will talk about you daily.  You will be expected to come in early without pay to do vehicle checks. Breaks are generally not allowed outside of lunch. 

The work is not difficult and can sometimes be enjoyable, Driving is nice and customers are always friendly when i spoke to them. The pay is low considering inflation and is getting closer to minimum wage, Benifits are not the best considering the costs. 

Overall the job is fine as a temporary role but if your looking for a long time career and you have a family to support i would reconsider.


The company itself is really great to work for! They have good benefits, a pension plan, dry/warm/cool building, and gold pay compared to others in the area!

Favoritism and nepotism is the way to the little "success" you could get.. but basically zero real advancement.. management have ZERO clue how to actually run a business but instead to give their friends free run to do whatever and those not in the "cool " group all the expectations . Employees been here for DECADES and still are clueless with day to day processes 

The people are phenomenal. Warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Never a dull moment! 

Biggest downfall is they DO NOT increase pay/salaries as inflation goes up. They hire people at higher rates than existing (highly dedicated) employees. 

Owners are useless and management are a bunch of unskilled employees. They only care about automotive business and most people will stab you in the back if they get a chance. 

It is not one of the 50 best managed companies. In reality it show be one of five worse managed companies.

Do yourself some good and stay far away from this company.

Everyone seems to have a different set of rules, depending on how well you crawl up management’s butt!
You can show up everyday and do your job and never get a thank you!
Some people work 3 days a week because they’re ‘sick’ and never get in trouble for it 

Great company with friendly people. Store manager is amazing and makes sure that the customers are 100 % satisfied when they leave the store. The manager is also very fair and supportive to their employees, always sets them up for success.

Delivery vehicles in poor shape, wage is NOT competative at $14.80 per hr as a professional driver. On board training is next to non existent. Communication is a big fail. High turn overs because of the above I am sure. Go work somewhere else in a brain dead job at minimum wage for a better turn out for yourself.

Poorly managed company that does not care about employees and pays them extremely poor wages.

An on going fight to get the products required in stock.

Best recommendation is to look else where for a job because there is no advancement.
