This a good place to work the people are friendly and helpful but management is horrible at every level  all Yes People  not honest 
company is sinking and layoffs happen 24/7 the leadership from Director are simply on life jackets and doing anything to save there jobs, they will smile and hand you walking paper later that day, middle level managers will lie through there teeth with no guilt as they are just saving there job this place should be branded as the new Titanic  ship is sinking that's a reality !!

Imagine has spent the last 4 years "re-inventing itself". Although it claims to have led the Video over IP revolution, this is only because it wasn't aware of the advances made by it's competitors over the preceding 4 years.
The recent loss of the CEO is a great boost to Imagine, and the industry as a whole.

Great place to work, very friendly environment and very knowledgeable colleagues, who are always willing to help! But Broadcast is very competitive industry...

No job security in this company. Unexpectedly they start laying off employees. This company is financially unstable. When there is a project they will hire lots of people as full time employees, once the job is done they will terminate employees.

Imagine Communications is in the middle of a large change in the supply chain under new leadership.  Assembly lines are being moved to new locations, requiring extensive qualification activities.

The company either hires you aaa contract or full time employee. Then, once the project is over, in 3-4 months, they fire you immediately. No matter how well you perform, the chances of firing new employees are higher!

Casual place to work, no rush, people are friendly and it is easy to approach your managers and talk about any problem. Should have more management tools available and more contact with HR to help to develop teams.

Not a good company to work for, terrible management with no clear direction and support. Stay away from this company. they promise a lot but they cant deliver.

Customer technical support, phone calls and emails, remote access to customers equipment for troubleshooting, liaise with R&D and service, frequent in-house training on new products

Has typically everything you expect at a modern tech company, the management is alright and the atmosphere is decent. The flex hours are really amazing to have.
