Over the many years that I have worked here, I have seen many changes and at the same time, it's essentially the same business.  Manufacturing and selling of name badges, office signs, employee recognition and now PPE products.  Our focus has always been to provide a world class product and provide exceptional service. It's a fast pace environment but at the same time, the staff and management are responsive and respectful to each other.  It's a very collaborate environment and with the new ownership and new executive management, our goal is to become even better. For me, fast pace means staying organized, focused and efficient.  Collaborating means helping others and working with all levels in the business in a kind and thoughtful manner.
Some days are crazy, and I wonder how did the day go by so quickly? Other days, you have a chance to catch up and start the process all over again.  My favorite part about the job? The customers and staff that work here. We work with customers from all over the world and we work with talented people that are as diverse as our customers. Over the years I have learned alot and continue to learn. It's been a great experience!

Only worked here a short time but generally miserable atmosphere. Manager who had worked there for many many years generally snappy and impatient/rude at members of staff, wouldn’t let them talk for two seconds, belittled people. Silence, no music or radio in office. Big dividers between desks so coworkers can’t talk or see each other. Other members of staff quite pleasant. Office was clean and nice. Attempts were made by the company to do fun events for holidays etc but they were quickly wrapped up and back to work immediately, a bit of a fun suck. Worked for a worse company before so was pleased this one did have benefits and I could tell it is a legit company. Boring product being made not very inspiring but it’s I guess it’s their whole business. Location not great in the middle of industrial area. Relatively low pay. Co-workers we’re looking for new jobs as soon as they started.

Working at Imprint Plus is fast paced. The product looks easy but gets interesting when you dive deeper and test various printing techniques. Team is collaborative, and work becomes fun while going through challenges. Leaders are making efforts and working on Lean principles of improvements. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow internally as I could see so many examples. Management is supportive and the best thing is that they are open to ideas and working towards making it a better workplace.  As a result, there has been many changes recently. Proper time schedule for improvements, brainstorming ideas and implementing solutions. Regular feedback and check in with the team. The only hard part is this Maybe they can introduce more for future growth

Company has new ownership and most employees remained but many are concerned about future. The day goes by quickly as every employee is very busy all day long. New employees struggle as there is little or no training but management will jump all over you if you make a mistake. The culture here is weird. Lots of gossiping and mangers either yelling or crying. Most of us just stay out of everyone's way and leave as soon as the shift is over. I have learned a lot and enjoy my actual job. Pay is fair and new benefits are better than the old ones. My advice to management is train better and new staff will stay. Hire more people or bring in automation.

The people I worked with are great in the Toronto location, everyone supports each other.
The job keeps you busy so you are never bored, always something new to learn. In sales there are trade shows you get to go to in the US and CA.
There are different systems to learn which took a bit but nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely learned a lot regarding sales processes.
Moved onto to a different position that was closer to my passion which wasn't in sales.

you have to watch your back there. No one is your friend there.

Very stressful they don't follow their own guidelines

Everyday was different.  That was a good thing about the company.

Imprint Plus not only equipped me with valuable marketing skills, it taught me how to work in a corporate environment. I was primarily responsible for the coordination of more than 40 tradeshows per year, generating content for direct and e-marketing campaigns and the production of both print and digital ads. I feel like a really well-rounded marketing professional both in the B2B and B2C space.

Being relatively new, the training process has been productive. There is room to learn and improve on your own, and there is always someone willing to help. The cases encountered everyday are exciting and ensure that you are constantly learning something new. Management is supportive and very accommodating. The company events have also been fun.

overall is a good company to work for, there is however, the problem of one warehouse manager that has been there on the same position for too long which have led to him/her developing tunnel vision of how the company should progress.
