A typical day at work includes administrative  and customer services work including:
-Take incoming phone calls
-Making outbound calls
-creating cases and folder for client
-trouble shooting terminal
-providing solution to merchant activation issue or end user issue
this is very relax environment where between calls you can interrupt your co-worker, team lead supervisor or direction for answers or solution. the hardest part of the job is when there is an emergency and the resolution time is a time frame that doesn't need work for the cardholder or the merchant. the most enjoyable part of the job is provide immediate solution and satisfaction to merchant and product users

Good company, but their head office is in the US and the US calls the shots as such job security is always on everyone's mind. Very poor raises and not the best work ethic since nobody knows when the hammer will fall.

Canadian managers and senior managers are cut throat, you cannot trust them. You always have to watch yourself around them.

IT management non-experience constantly seeking helps from staffs.   No ideas about new excepts out-of-date technology.   Communicate in Chinese despite other staffs presence.   Out of control.  Management was hand picked by misinformed overseeing person.  

Simple GUI seems to always have issues required constant fixes that never end.  

Great place to work, I enjoyed the fast paced environment and the people were great to work with.

Dealing with people on a daily basis is what I like to do, I am a team player and it was comforting to joining a team that had the same goals as me.

Incomm Canada (in Richmond, BC) was a great place to work. People knew their stuff, and everyone worked hard to reach goals since everything was interdependent.

You could reach out to other teams and get responses in a timely manner.

I wouldn't recommend anymore to work for this company.  No direction support or growth opportunities. Enjoyed working with my peers.  The turn over rate is very high

Typical day is not hard. Learned how to deal with difficult co-workers.  Most enjoyable part of the job is going to work and speaking with my colleagues and interacting with my customers and building new relationships.

The culture is great, aside from being a bit clicky. benefits are good, unfortunately it is the kind of place you have to leave to progress your career though.

Not a lot of support or resources from Head Office. Made it very difficult. Did not love the management. Caused tension with peers and other departments. 

Good work life balance
Not much opportunity to advance.

Managers have open-door policy which allows for good communication

Hire their friends. Don't hire for talent or education.
