Independent electric and controls

I had 2 managers within the branch office and several field guys.  Everyone was a pleasure to work with and shared a respect of each other.  Managers and Senior Staff were all very friendly and easy to deal with on a daily basis. There were several job tasks that kept me busy throughout the day.  I was fortunate enough to pick up some new skills from some very talented colleagues.  It was challenging at times when several deadlines all fell within a couple days of each other; however if help was required there was always someone willing to lend a hand.

I work Monday to Friday with weekends off, on call bases with carrying a cell phone. 
The company has been around since 2003 and have survived the economical down turn, the CEO and owners have an open door policy and all the employee within the company are great to work with. 
I would highly recommend working for this company when jobs are posted and available.

A typical work shift would be either 14-24 days on with 4-7 days off so, there was consistent work. Ive learn a lot from running cable pulls, terminating Junction Boxes, cutting into devices, contraction work and ability to work in extreme conditions. The most enjoyable aspect of this job was the consistent work and the rewards or working this much.

I did not find it fair to have a extended probation.  I think in the future you either keep the person or you let them go.  It is an insult overall.  Also the HSE manager does not have A CRSP been with the company over 15 years.  You must fit otherwise you do not have a chance.  People are friendly and fun to work with.  economy was bad and I ended up with an unfair deal

Basically this company wasn't great to work for at all. The first out of town project i worked on for them was extremely under bid. Safety equipment that was mandatory for the day to day work was not available. The materials required to do the job were had to get our hands on. And we were forced to work 29 days straight with 1 day off for 5 months.

The site super for my job was amazing. would work for him again anytime. Unfortunately the rest of the organization had some kinks that needed working out. The branch manager was helpful, although  not always apprised to the full extent of the situation.

Exciting place to work, the core group of the team are brilliant individuals. Plenty of opportunity to learn, there are some good things starting within the company that will change the trial by fire approach.

Although this company is no longer in business it was good to work for, although at times stressful with management decisions. Probably the reason they are no longer in business.

Company under financed, went into receivership. Was always short material,work packages poor. On site management OK. Poor safety procedures. Limited tools and equipment. Site organization was poor.

Unorganized management which created a hectic work environment. The employee's at a field level were great to work with and knowledgeable. They no longer exist because of decision making.
