Provided HR services to 9 of 13 programs.  Worked closely with client managers to provide timely advice and guidance on recruitment and retention.  Had the opportunity to visit remote first nation communities with Dir of Econ Development when employees being transferred to the Tribal Council.

High degree of uncertainty and lack of predictability. HR functions need improvement. Generally positive co-workers. Finding solutions and resource persons to help in resolving intractable problems was hardest. Engagement with First Nations directly was the most enjoyable part.

I learned manu skills at work. I met lovely people. I did care of every person. In company every work going on with proper guidelines and with rules and ragulation. The main priority is patient safety and cleanliness

Preparing invoices for staff review and prepare for payments. Update accounts . Scan documents into database so staff can do there work on it, Paid treaty payments. A lot of data entry.

process payments for aboriginal. gave out treaty money on reserves. stamped incoming bills for payment. updates spreadsheets. open mail and distribute.

This was a temporay position to lead the way to other positions outside the company.
