What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a good management. They use people when they need and not appreciate agency people work demands more and more if you do200% still not satisfied I suggest not go there better do minimum wage some where alse.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
1 people make around 10 pellets same time conver is running nonstop and payment people not coming to help us don’t mind to do work but atleast no one switch you when you want to drink water or go for washroom. Is not a good place 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nothing like any thing because you are working like robot with out any appreciate and and of the day you are upset not because of work but work environment they need to stop using people and lots of improvement in management because 4 people work only do 1 guy. Not fair. This job is not permanent we know but because of the bad management we are broke our back. Back pain and after you are not able to work anywhere else because of physical pain and you are making life more difficult.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not single day from day one but that was my wrong decision to stay there

Production during low volume of orders

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Multicultural at nights but the rest of the shifts majority are Indians and students

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Productive — not because of the numbers but because you executed your role responsibly

Learnt valuable inventory knowledge and practices , however due to low volume of work don't expect to be hired . You're only needed for the busy months running from September to Christmas. I wish the management could tell this to workers from day 1.  I was told that I'd get at least a week notice before they let me go, but got "fired" literally right after work. I was emotionally devasted for the whole following week.

I found the work relatively easy; it was mainly walking around and picking books off the shelves. Also, there were other tasks, such as picking and packing books. There are 2 buildings: the online building and the retail building. The online building was less organized than the retail building, but it was more relaxed. In the retail building, you have to worry about daily quotas for picking books.

Unprofessional, no english on floor

Language barrier was easily the worst part

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was like working in India, but I was in canada

       One of the no stress work place for beginners. Nice place to understand Canadian work culture for newcomers. 
Basics of warehouse functions taught by experienced workers.

Loved working at indigo, the people there were awesome, it was very flexible, my only issue was the consistant walking back and forth that we had to do as a order picker, and how heavy the carts were.

I got let go for absolutely no reason… they told me that they accidentally hired too many people.. that’s no excuse. Your better off working some where else where they actually care about their employees. 

This was a great place to get experience from, I was able to learn a variety of skills here. It gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of people, work along with various people, and learn a lot of new things
