I enjoyed working at this company and found the work environment to be positive and supportive. The managers were approachable, helpful, and willing to provide guidance when needed. My colleagues were friendly, professional, and contributed to a collaborative workplace culture. The organization offers a stable work environment and opportunities to gain valuable experience. However, there is limited room for career advancement, which may be challenging for employees looking for long term growth. I also believe senior management could improve communication and employee engagement. Overall, it is a good place to work, especially for individuals seeking a supportive team environment and a steady workplace experience.

I am now in Management supporting and supervising/managing 50 staff in their every day activities. The main focus is to be aware of what is happening behind the scenes in monitoring their trading activity, assisting in every day activity that furthers their business ventures, and ensuring that they are compliant in every facet of their business.

I never knew how great and supportive this company and my team were until I left to another place.  I miss my branch manager and my sales director. Great and supportive team and all inclusive team in the Rive-sud agency was the best👌 
Good training and very supportive. It was hard getting clients through as I didn't speak French and we were in a purely French community. 

Would have being all 5 star but gave 3 star for job security as they closed down the department I was working in. But they were very fair and caring in the process. Would have worked there till retirement had they not decided to exist the residential mortgage industry.

Great company to work for, especially if you speak French and English. Just, be prepared to learn and retain a lot. Also, remember that nothing goes without the manager's approval, regardless of the department.

I highly enjoyed my time working with this company. Management was very helpful, understanding and approachable.

Lots of room to move up the company, if you work hard they will reward you.

Great Work culture environment. Great company to work for and build your career. The workload is like any other company - has its peaks & valleys. Its one of the those few companies that you want to retire your career with.

Productive enterprise environment. Complex business procedures with no clear documentations some time, takes time to learn. Enjoyable work if a team is right. Remote work. Home office allowance.

The people I work with are fantastic, but I have never worked at a company with so much bureaucracy. It is impossible to get anything done to service customers when it takes upwards of 5 people to complete one task.
