Account management requires focus and constant supervision. Infasco has an excellent dedicated CRM system that allows representatives to review every aspect of an account at a glance.
My colleagues are all "Lifers" with a majority having served 15-25 years, my office mate has over 40 years of fastener history, so the hardest part of the job is playing catch-up.

The manufacturing plant is very well organized, clean and safe. The people who work there are very friendly and experienced. They all act as teachers to the newbies. A good place to start off a carreer. Many of them have been working there many many years. No sense of unfairness between employees, a rare thing.

The worst company to work with! Mismanagement ! Very old machines with no PMS done for years! Less helping staff! The people are just pushing for money seems no care to the company ! Strange!  I am writing this because I worked their!

Decent salary, not the first 2 years tho. Half of the time there is absolutely nothing to do. Very boring job, poor management, lifts and equipment are irrelevant. (Too old). Management is probably the worst ever.
