Good side hustle at above industry average pay for BAs for most activations. You get to work with a lot of different people and TLs are mostly fun. They compensate for milage too if budget allows. Great to work at! The only downside I have found is there is basically no room for growth within the company. You'll be a TL once you accumulate enough BA experience but that's it.

Great people culture with a healthy expectation of team bonding. The company has 30 years of history so there's tons of opportunity to be able to continue to be successful in the marketplace. A company in positive transition.
