Yes, Work life balance is a pro. However their is a lot of bullying, favouritism and  the organization doesn’t back up there mission statement around company culture. I witnessed many people leaving the company due to specifics around  management bullying.  Additionally the pay does not match the job-continued to add to the job description,  without increasing your wage. Bonuses, and yearly increases were borderline insulting.

They hire has beens from big pharmaceutical companies and their rejects. Managers are micro types and will protect the contract holder/manufacturer, not the reps. They will blame reps for everything. Data base and call decks were a complete mess. You could not adequately do your job. Stay away, not worth the money.

Normal working horus, Good life work balance. Unprofessional management and representatives, bullying culture. No job security. If you have 2 offers, I would choose the alternative to Ashfield Healthcare.

There's a high turn over for the company so every department is always understaffed. This means more work falls on you and everyone is expected to work overtime without compensation. Everyone is nice but with working remote during covid, it barely matters. They value open communication and will listen to your ideas, executing any of those ideas is a whole other story

Be careful when getting recruited to work as Customer service representative, they are not organized.

Speaking from personal experience, I  was hired they told me that to start off I would be working on 2 projects, then  it changed to 3, then 4.

At one point I was being trained on 4 or 5 projects at once.

By far my worst experience.

Overall the company is a good. Gives you great work experience in the customer service and sales department. Great company values, fun people, awesome social events, good work environment. Just the salary and job advancement is not the best.

 10 calls per day on healthcare providers. Ashfield; Excellent, well managed organization. Work place culture is open, cooperative, information sharing. Most enjoyable part of job is working with customers.

upper management is not really involved in our day to day tasks but some people make it worth it. We do not feel always supported, salaries are not competitive. Salaries are hardly and rarely negotiated once you're hired.

Ashfield offers less experienced individuals an opportunity to work in the pharmaceutical education industry without the pressure of sales. The training is excellent and comprehensive.

Excellent colleagues with a great office culture. Advancement is slow. Salary is low, and raises are few and far between. Flexible on holidays and work/life balance. Fun afterwork functions and community involvement.
