Inkeros talks a big game during the interview process: “uncapped commissions,” “fast growth,” “team culture.” While some of that is true on the surface, the deeper reality is harder to ignore once you’re in.

To their credit, the company does offer a lot of coaching and feedback. If you’re new to sales, you will learn techniques and get a crash course in handling objections. But the problem isn’t the coaching — it’s everything else.

Favouritism runs deep here. If you’re not part of the in-crowd or the leadership’s “chosen ones,” don’t expect the same chances. Facebook leads — which are by far the best — are only given to certain people, and everyone else is left cold-calling dead or recycled leads. Then you’re held to the same performance expectations as those who are given better tools, which is unfair and demoralizing.

Everyone is expected to pitch the same way, and they’ll constantly say “it’s just a mindset,” but success here has way more to do with access to better leads and politics than actual skill.

The culture feels more like high school than a workplace. Cliques dominate the floor, and leadership opportunities often feel rigged ahead of time. You see the same faces rise, regardless of work ethic — it’s all about who you know and how well you play the internal game.

The commission system is misleading. You’re told it’s uncapped, but you only earn commission if you make 13 sales and get 16 installs. Anything less, and you get nothing from your efforts. And even when you unlock commission, it’s modest — often $200–$300 before taxes.

There is potential to grow your sales skills here — but only if you’re ready to play the long game under inconsistent treatment. It’s hard to feel motivated in an environment that preaches merit but rewards favoritism.


The fun bit is the company team nights, and the prizes and giveaways and other employees can be fun too. This is good for someone who don't have a lot of responsibilities, no kids, and no high rent or car payments because it is a commission job, but there are way better commission jobs than this. The commissions are low even though they changed their structure recently. The the base is minimum wage. Want to make good money just need to make a whole lot of sales. 


Management is not that great. Mainly passive aggressive behavior. Promotions that don't make sense. Constant changing things around, therefore no proper structure to getting things done. Micromanagement of everything you do. The main Manager is very unprofessional with a lot of cursing in the speeches and the shady insults to others when things aren't going accordingly.

High Turnover rate, if you don't pass the 2to 3 weeks training you will get let go, missing out on other job opportunities. Constantly changing campaigns ever so often expecting you to just immediately adapt in a day without telling you prior to what changes to expect. 

Monday to friday Working from 12 to 9 sometimes the extend to 10 as an option and some Saturdays. 


Working at Inkeros as a rep has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had in my career. From day one, the energy is high and the vibe is positive. You walk into the office and immediately feel like you’re part of something bigger. The training is hands-on, and you’re constantly learning real, practical skills that you can use, both in sales and in life.

Everyone celebrates your wins and has your back when you’re working through challenges. Leadership isn’t just there to hand you a script and send you on your way; they actually invest in your growth, coach you, and push you to reach goals you didn’t think you could achieve.

Supportive but fake attitude. If u think it's humanly possible to be happy ALL THE TIME then this job Is for you because that's what they expect from u. They give expectations on paper but tell u the OPPO to your face and don't mean it. In any sales they expect u to manipulate, lie. I'm not about that that's why it didn't work for me. There were a lot of things I should've known before I went on my own. A lot of work related things I didn't have and know hindered my performance. Especially the training. I didn't tell the top dog because that person I wanted to talk about was in that room. Anyways yeah I'm a little bitter but I already knew I don't have the personality for this job. 

If i had to give constructive criticism it would be teach your trainers/leaders of any rank how to train not just make sure this and that is done. Truly invest in the future. Be realistic because sweeping it under the rug and pretending to be happy until you actually are doesn't seem right. A lot of ppl told me that's what they did.

TL;DR :
Terrible work environment and toxic. The CEO is crude, unprofessional and frugal. Long hours for terrible pay. They have a workplace culture of "Do as I say" not a "Do as I do". Also I had to keep reminding them to pay me. Also they only care about themselves.

Terrible work environment, because it's sales people only care about themselves. All they do is pump each other's ego's. They preach about leadership, but the leaders are irresponsible. The CEO swears all the time and is unprofessional. Speaking about payment the number of times I had to message head office that I didn't get paid my BASE PAY was ridiculous, let alone my commissions. Expect managers to hit on your SO while they know you are dating, completely unprofessional and not worth your respect. Lastly, work hours are terrible, you work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for less than minimum wage(base pay). The hardest part of the job working 7 days a week and for 12 hours a day.



This place has really put me in a position where I can take full control of my life and hold myself accountable. I've learned how to really develop my strengths and teach others how to develop theirs. The management team is really focused on growth and goals. Their open door policy makes it really easy and convenient to get additional coaching and guidence. This is a big advantage for me since I want to learn how develop, grow and run my own business someday. So why not learn from CEOs everyday! I've never had that opportunity anywhere else.

For the right person this is a very motivating and fun place. For anyone looking for a challenge, a competitive environment, or even a chance to prove themselves Inkeros could be the place for you. It's been a pillar for myself and I love that I can give that opportunity to everyone else I meet in the business.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Inkeros for 1+ years and it has been a wonderful experience. 

In terms of the sales work itself, as long as you apply yourself to learning the product and really invest time in learning the scripts and objection handles that are provided you will have no trouble performing!

What I enjoy the most about Inkeros is their ability to incorporate personal and professional development into the daily team huddles and messaging. Additionally, their growth from within model helps set up entry level employees with a path and particular learnings on how to get to the next stage of development in your career. 

They host wonderful events every year from learning based conferences to travel opportunities for top performers! 

All and all it's been a wonderful experience and I am excited for my future with the company!

Learned quite a bit about sales, business, and how to communicate/negotiate with people in a business setting. Not for everyone though, your base pay is $400/week. I understand it's a sales job and is performance-based, which is why the base pay is there to fill the gaps. For new people who can't close consistently or make more than the $400 threshold then you are not in for a good time. If you make exactly $400 in sales you get $400, not $800. Long hours aren't for everyone. If your good, expect to open up your own office in a few years. I saw lots of people who were in and out within weeks and even days! Professionalism in the office kinda lacks i.e can overhear lots of backstabbing and negative talk about other employees. Management was unprofessional leading up to the end.
