On hardest 💯 good 
Payment off salary good 
And I love the company job
And I will give my best too the management 
And make the difference 
And work with my experience 

Micromanagement from the CEO, HR is a joke, Accounting controls operations, engineering manager who has never built anything, lack of support at site level, zero training. Stay Away!  

If you willing to learn and highly motivated, its a good place to start. Management has some challenges, but ok to work with. Working condition could be better

They provide safety gear for working with proper trainning.  However, the pay is not good. If you want to get extra money, it's good for work part time
