-Management needs a revamp in Canadian office since they have low retention but the American office is better but seems that there's not really communication to address  the issue 
-Refuse to pay overtime but wanted you to help others with their workload even if you would fall behind, you would just have to "figure it out"
-As a clique culture 

The best thing about working there was my co-workers paired with my starting salary and benefits. Management has no real training, there's no advancement unless someone retires, and the job requires you to work an obscene amount of overtime if you want to meet all the ridiculous deadlines they set for you.

Deadlines to be met, head down from the moment you sit at your desk until you leave at the end of the day.  You have to be motivated, able to manage your time and schedules to get daily work completed.  Very difficult to do at times as the workload expected is that of 2 or more employees.  Very stressful place of employ now.

Ceo describes other nations as barbaric yet he doesn't know he is the most barbaric in the way he leads. Poor work culture and work environment. Upper management is horrible and micro managers at best. 

They aquire a lot of companies, which is good in a way but it comes with a lot of mess and instability in terms of the work you are doing. As a result the structure keeps on changing and hence the strategy also changes very frequently. 

Receiving pretty straightforward but  lifting some heavy boxes continuously get back pain.shipping has lots of work to do. Also remember to keep so many things.


I learnt a lot during my time at inmar. Work-life balance was great. In a generic sense, Inmar is an ok place to work; what made it special to me was my manager and my mentor.

i worked there only for 3-4 months but it was a good opportunity for me to learn a new role as a inbound call center rep, where i learned order processing and data entry as well.
