very good salary with a wide ranging scope of duties.
expect to do duties not related to the skills you have been hired for.
expect to put in longer hours than agreed to in your contract.
expect to execute situations on the fringe of safety.
ultimately the corporation is out to make a profit and it will do so at all costs.
having said that the people on sites are skilled mature and of strong character. the job is never dull and is full of new and exciting situations.
i have learned a tremendous amount of new skills and experiences.

The most unprofessional company I have worked for in my life! Got the most unqualified people in Management positions, who have never done the job, never worked on site, don't have trade, zero work experience, Zero maintenance experience! But yet qualified to be a manager. Like to point blame if things go bad on site. There is zero Training! here watch this video " now your trained up" that is typical Innergex training. Accidents happen on site!! Doesent get reported! Swept under the rug. Stay away from this Company! You can do better! Trust me.

Pros:
-Refined reporting structure born out of years of developing, constructing, and operating projects.
-Coworkers genuinely care about doing things the right and moral way
-Lots of areas of expertise that one can move into and reasonable freedom to shift to those areas

Cons:
-Some internal standards and tools have room for improvement as the company is growing really quickly


Slow pace, ot is terrible. 8/6 shift pay is so low. Still working over half the year for less than 100k. They don't understand camp and people are still away from their families no incentive unless your close to retirement or fresh out of school with no experience. They sure like to spend on projects that fail all the time, but to get a decent raise is impossible.

The culture at Innergex is great with everyone being friendly, competent in their respective fields and willing to  help each other out. The work is fast paced and interesting, Dealing with real world scenarios and being able to see the project you are working on with sites visits and other tools. Everyone is also passionate about to the renewable energy sector and that transpires into everyday environment in office. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very warm and welcoming place.  The company is very generous with its employees.  Respect amongst employees is very highly encouraged and regarded. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Depending on the department, there are some more stressful than others. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very professional yet pleasant atmosphere.

I always on time , never had too many bad cuts always cut to  Pro faction  , I like doing stuff to make the customers happy and my boss very happy  , never taking anything that doesn't belong to me or anyone else's stuff.

Innergex is a growing company with a positive culture and a growth focused mindset. The work is fast paced with a future pipeline of utility scale clean energy projects.

Well somebody died here in the last month and many people have quit. there is a revolving door for good reason. Management could hardly be worse and shows no sign of improvement. 

The only reason to work her eis as a stepping stone to somthing better.

I had the best experience with Innergex and if given a chance will come back anytime. Very good culture with nice work life balance. The team is very vibrant and very supportive
