Have worked two roles at Innotech and both are very different but interrelated. Overall, the staff at Innotech across both leadership and employees are dedicated to their work and the collective staff is very supportive of one another. COVID, like many workplaces, has put some strain on some of the elements that added morale to the employee base in the past. We all look forward to a time in the future where connecting again will bridge some of those morale gaps.

In my role as sales, I'm provided significant flexibility in my schedule and how I develop my customer base. With support from the sales manager, I've been able to fill professional gaps with continuing education and develop strategies to create new opportunities. If there are any criticisms it's the speed at which things change. The management team is often ambitious with their plans so items that seem like they should take a short time can be long endeavors. 

As a former employee, I can confidently say that my experience at the company was overwhelmingly positive. One of the standout features was the excellent work-life balance. The management truly respected personal time, allowing employees to recharge and maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.

I also appreciated the absence of micromanagement. This autonomy fostered a sense of trust and responsibility, enabling me to take ownership of my projects and contribute meaningfully to the team.

Additionally, the company culture was supportive and collaborative. Colleagues were always willing to lend a hand, and there was a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Career advancement opportunities were readily available, with leadership encouraging professional development through training and mentorship programs. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work environment that prioritizes employee well-being and growth.

Working for Innotech I find there is a strong, positive, family culture dynamic that is inclusive of leadership and staff.  Good rapport between staff and leadership, people care.  Wages are very fair, with benefits: medical/ basic dental, disability insurance, RRSP, profit sharing, Christmas bonus, monthly lunches, birthday stat. Innotech encourages and supports continuing education and job related training.
As a growing company in a growing, changing industry Innotech continues to adapt and improve their product to supply customers an innovative, quality product.  With growth and change there comes challenges as well. Adapting and change are not always seamless and smooth, there are bumps and hiccups that can cause for some disjoint, but leadership continues to work through the issues to find resolve.


I'd known the company for a long time before coming to work here. It's been an interesting place to work; everyone is really family oriented. There are a lot of very long term people here, in all departments, and a lot of families work here - couples, parents/children, siblings.

I've seen management work hard to find the right fit for people, instead of just letting them go. That's a rare thing, I think. People always have the opportunity to apply for positions in other departments as they come up as well, so you aren't just stuck where you are.

They are always hiring - because they're always growing. The company has been growing pretty consistently forever, so they need to find more people as they grow.

I've worked in other industrial and manufacturing jobs. The management, the planning, the potential in the industry is just different here. 

Growing company that truly cares for their people. Every year the company introduces new perks as growth supports, rrsp pension, long term disability insurance the last few years. Great  opportunity for those that work hard and don’t mind taking courses as the company supports continued learning for anyone looking for career advancement.  Can receive 1.50 per hour monthly production performance bonus if steady enough work. Hourly rate seems competitive after pay grade was adjusted this year to help with cost of living increases. Genuinely feel management cares and rewards those that work hard and contribute to the better of the team.





Overall, working at Innotech is a great company. They strive to find you the position that best suits your strengths. The employees are great and they have a lot of workers that have been there for 10 or more years. The breaks are spaced out long but eventually you get used to it. The work can seem overwhelming sometimes but, management will encourage you to get the job done. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with. Everyone seems to work as a team. The only reason I chose to move on was I wanted something closer to home. 

After successfully completing five years with Innotech, I recommend joining the Innotech family who has been seeking for better work- life balance & excellent perks. They are always there to listen employee’s concerns and resolve it in professional manner. I always thrilled to enjoy company lunches, fun activities which brings positive energy in us. I am delighted to access health & dental benefits, profit-sharing, and Christmas bonuses provided by company. I must say that Innotech is true Canadian company who believes in me and respect my values always. Thanks

The company is great if you are looking to enter into manufacturing career. It is a great place for career growth as the company is growing, more and more opportunities are offered. The company is willing to help you with career your personal career goals. Coworkers are willing to help and guide you better. 
I have had so far a really good time and helpful environment. 
The company also promotes great work culture by organizing monthly lunch events and also monthly birthday celebration. 

Overall, I would recommend working for Innotech. They are open to employee concerns, and make an effort to make employees feel like part of the Innotech family. Monthly company lunches, company activities (pre-Covid), health & dental benefits, profit-sharing, and Christmas bonuses keep up a positive atmosphere and break the day-to-day monotony. Managers make a point to check in with employees on a regular basis. 

I learned to not trust owners again. To your face thank you for your dedication and experience and later approve firing you cause you don't agree or want to participate in a re-layout that looks unsafe and inefficient for departments. If you care about your job your treated the same as one that doesn't care so why care.
