The training that they give you it is like being in school all over again writing down what is on the projector, and no hand outs, the trainers are very unprofessional and with little or no experience and talking so fast especially when taking notes down, they do how ever like to cram everything down to you in such a short period of time and little or no time to absorb the information.  They pay $11.00 per hour.  Well as a technical support agent your also doing customer service work which I don't agree and should be separate when trouble shooting the Kobo eReaders.  

On a side note the trainer was always late never on time, this type of environment is very unprofessional and their type of system is a revolving door which you get no where and people get away with unethical things also being childish

I enjoyed working there and i am still very grateful for working there.

I'm still working there and all i can say is i still enjoy working there and i'm not planning of quitting the job in the nearest future , though employees quit every day including HR's 

Their computers were always down or the system will switch you on break without you noticing and you won't get paid for that.

Please spare yourself endless heartache. It is bad enough that management cares little for you but here...your concerns...and there are many...fall on deaf ears. Every two weeks for pay day you can expect your check to be wrong. The workplace is hardly ever cleaned and if, not properly. The water system was growing algae, a problem only fixed after months of requests to fix the issue. Half of the office equipment does not work and nor has it for many months. Makes it impossible for you to do the work you were trained to do. The place is falling into decay. Avoid no matter what.

It is difficult and frustrating to do your job because all the computers are old and slow. They want you to do the job fast but the computers are so slow. 
They don't respect employees. I can't think of any reason to recommend this company They have  toxic work environmet. , the terrible way they treat employees and all the payment issue I can't recommend them to anyone. Don't lose your time working for this company.

Would have to take pizza orders and forward them to the appropriate location. Learnt to take orders fast and skills in up selling. Management was nice very lenient with hours and work days. Worked from home so there were no co workers. Hardest part of the job was prank callers who would call and make jokes. Most enjoyable was the fact that you can work from home with flexible hours.

When coming into work, leave all your problems behind you. Do the best job you can do. Co-workers? Everyone has a different opinion so learn from it, no one's opinion is incorrect. The most enjoyable part; I enjoy everything I do, if I don't than life is going to pass by and I'll be miserable, therefore I don't have a problem with anything and if I do I'll try and see the brighter side of it.

Don't do it. If you are desperate for a job go for it. You get paid only twice in the month it's not bi weekly. Your waiting almost 3 weeks. There is always mistske in pay. Management is not nice. They send you home early if you don't sell at least one news paper. They place blame on employees. A complete waste of time. You'll get hired as a team lead and still have to make calls. On top of all that they don't train you well. They tell you all the good things you wanna hear

This is a horrible place to work.

- Management is unprofessional and rude.

- Always problems with your salary. Which takes ages to get 
resolved, if resolved at all. 

- Old computers that don't work

- Broken seats and filthy desks. 

- They send you home if there isn't enough work

- Change your schedule all the time and without telling you.

I left as soon as I could. I'd never work for this company agian.

Not a very conducive environment, you are just spamming the lines trying to trick people into buying something they don't need. Being courteous is considered being bad at your job, they want you to act like an attack dog or something, constantly harass an talk the customers er off just to get a sale. You make close to a hundred something calls and by the end of it you don't even want to talk anymore.
