Firstly, working in a small tight-knit team has allowed me to think creatively and independently. In previous roles, there were too many layers to go through before your ideas and recommendations can be heard, and middle management would breathe down your neck as you work, which can be stifling to creativity. Luckily, InspiAIR has nurtured my creative spirit.

Secondly, the owners and upper management are open to recommendations and new initiatives. There is nothing to stop you from going straight to the top for input. Not to mention, in the close-knit vibe of InspiAIR, founders are often more open to mentoring their team members to prepare them for promotions from within.

Finally, TRUST. InspiAIR makes team members feel eager to be part of a relationship or group, with a shared purpose and a willingness to depend on each other. Trust can be found from the top to the bottom of the company. There's a culture contributing to what is needed, not just by offering our presence, but also by sharing our dedication, talent, energy, and honest thoughts on how the relationship or group is working.

Was not a good fit for me as a Health Care Professional. 
The focus of the company is profitability - all about pushing POC's and CPAP sales. This was not why I became an RT and there were times I found ethical lines got blurry between what a patient needed and what the company encouraged us to provide.  If you are an entrepreneur or sales oriented person then this is likely a great place for you with lots of incentives based upon sales. They reward you for establishing relationships with "like-minded" referral sources with profit sharing opportunities. It is not a healthcare culture. There are some really nice charismatic people working there, but their passion/conditioning is about making money. Not a company I would recommend if one of my family members needed  respiratory care so not a place I would recommend as an employer.

Being part of the InspiAIR team allows me to get up happy to go to work doing something I love everyday.
As a managing partner, I have been able to develop my skills as an entrepreneur, allowing me to make decisions based on what is most beneficial for both staff and patients. I have never worked with a team that has such dedication towards helping each other as well as each patient they meet. InspiAIR Put the stuff in patient first, Investing in the latest technology to allow for an improved quality of life. Each day passes very quickly as it is a fast pace environment, although allowing you to schedule your days based on patient priority and assessment requirements 


InspiAIR has wonderful people to work with.  They made me feel welcome right from day one.  My colleagues are very appreciative, supportive and make me feel valued as part of the InspiAIR team.  InspiAIR offers optimal training with very knowledgeable staff which made me feel comfortable when starting a new job. InspiAIR not only allows but encourages a positive work-life balance.  I am thankful to work for a  company that takes pride in offering the best care in home oxygen and sleep apnea to the people of our community.

Inspiair is great company doing really important work in the home medical industry. I learned many new skills during my tenure with the company. I always felt well supported by management and my coworkers. The team at Inspiair is cohesive, pragmatic, and ensure the needs of patients are met or exceeded. I was proud to be a part of such a dynamic and motivated team. I'd recommend working for this company as they offer a favourable work environment and the work you do is fufilling. 

Coming from a larger corporate company, the work culture at InspiAIR has been a breath of fresh air. Supportive colleagues, fair compensation, and a true feeling of self-autonomy when it comes to your patient care. Great opportunities to advance your career if you are interested in management or business ownership. Best career decision I have ever made. 

All of the employees work as a team to meet the clients needs.  Everyone puts in their best effort and it shows in the culture around the office.   Some days are busier than others but over all there is a great work/life balance working for InspiAIR.  As long as all the work is getting done properly, there is very little (no) micro managing.

It can be a high paced environment but we have a great team and manger who are always around to help and support each other. I always feel heard with any issues or concerns. I actually enjoy coming into work, I always feel appreciated and valued. Would highly recommend working at Inspiair.
