The management and long-term employees are very toxic and judgemental. It is a high-stress environment wrapped in a facade of "happy" and team building. Many instances where management did not pay employees on time, or the correct amount. Lots of internal drama. Even HR will not help you. Harassment was the norm. They will lie to your face. Just a terrible environment. Exhausting to read the same script over and over and over and the expectation that you're going to meet the goals was unrealistic because you cannot force someone to donate. Just, don't work here.

Definitely the best call center I've worked for I've worked for most.  Great staff and managers, helpful, a lot of training and support.  They believe in what they are doing and try their best to help you.  Nice to feel good about coming to work and helping to do good.  Everyone who works there is very friendly.  I found a job with day hours and benefits that was a better fit for my family - but this was my best call center experience.

I have done more in the short time working with Inspire than I have done in the previous 10 years in the customer service and call center industry. The work and people have the right balance work and fun. The people are great, supportive and unbelievably positive. Great opportunities to grow and amazingly supportive team mates. Very team focused and positive competitive environment.

A typical day would be calling current sponsors and thanking them for their support, then continue on and letting them know what their support has done, and tell them about the current programs, children, projects we are working on and asking donations for.

I was promised benefits after 3 months and did not get benefits about a year later.  Also I had requested vacation time and submitted my request 4 weeks before and did not get an answer back until my vacation time was supposed to start.  I had to cancel my flight and lost money.  It was after that point I started applying for jobs. 

No benefits,  no parking,  people are nice, but one day they tell you how awesome you are and the next day they terminate you for "not a great fit". 

Regardless of how nice you are, you need to be prepared to spew rainbows. 

The co workers are awesome. Always willing to help and super friendly.

im not looking for call centers unless there is nothing else
management acted like everything was fine when you were being considered to be let go - because i lived in welland and travelling to work became a problem

This was the best call center and co-workers I have ever worked with, I would recommend it to any one.

I learned that it's very hard to ask people for money to donate, especially when they're already donating or sponsoring a child. The hardest part was not successfully getting a child sponsored..
