Seemed ok at first but the managers say if something comes up you can cancel your clean last minute no problem but then you do it and they get upset even when you're loyal and cover for everyone else that cancelseven more  last minute but it's ok for them to cancel 5 minutes before,  loyalty gets you nowhere with the company. Kind of hypocritical. 

It says up to 24$ a hour but you will start at $20. get 6-7 (on a good day sometimes only 3 hours and you have to drive a hour) max usually less then that so technically you're working a minimum wage job after gas in the end, they reimburse but only in certain circumstances. 

I wouldn't bother, better luck getting paid for somewhere 7-8 hours straight or paid travel time and make a living wage. Glad I still stayed as a fill in elsewhere. 



A typical workday varies for most. For me on a regular workday i’m either by myself working for a lovely client or scheduled with a lovely coworker. I’ve learned a lot so far and still am continuing to learn everyday from everyone, i learned hope to be time smart, easier ways to clean but just as effectively. Management is always on standby and ready to help whenever is needed which is a plus :) Work culture is great in my opinion, it makes me happy knowing i’m going to a clients home and leaving satisfied on my end and theirs! Hardest part of the job is definitely a heavy duty job it gets a little tiring at times but it always works out. So many pros about the job i can’t pick a specific one but i just love everything about the company when it comes to time management, co workers and more!

I LOVE working with InspireClean.  The owners are always on your side and very supportive.  They offer excellent wages and incentives plus tips from clients when a job is well done.  

I read another review that mentioned the cost of cleaning supplies, taxes and insurance lowers your wage - however all costs are tax deductible (including car payments, a portion of your rent, utilities, everything purchased for work, all insurances) so at tax time I still received a refund of $3k so there is no loss at all.  It's basically like owning your own business with all the tedious work being taken care of by the owners.  

If you love cleaning and you're reliable and responsible you can make some serious money working with InspireClean. 

Inspireclean is hands down the best cleaning service company. They care and respect their employees, and really want us to succeed in our careers, with plenty of hands on training and many opportunities for growth. I am where I am in the company today, because of their continued support from management and professionalism and pride in their company. It's is a very laborious job, but the sense of accomplishment, and knowing youre helping clients, gives you so much satisfaction. I've learned countless new skills, in cleaning and in general, and I've gained a sense of belonging to this amazing team. They truly will "inspire" you.

I can't say I work for InspireClean but rather WITH them! I've never experienced a more supportive company or team than I have with InspireClean! 
I have the flexibility I need to maintain the work/life balance that is critical to mental health. I never have a bad day at work.

Been with the company for many years. I've never been late with a consistent 5 star rating. I've never been named employee of the month or got a raise to make it worth my while staying. The pay is on the very low end for this kind of work.  I assume the employees that make the company the most money are the ones that get recognized.  People pay alot of money to get their house cleaned while we work for peanuts. Over all you just don't feel appreciated . I will say the only good thing about the job is creating your own work schedule. 

At work, it’s always basically the same and the client (when they’re there) is always friendly and greets us, asks how we are doing. I’ve learned more cleaning tips being here! Management is very flexible with whatever else you have going on (second job, appointments exc) workplace culture is very good! House cleaning has a lot of hard parts to it, but I always feel accomplished at the end of the day! The most enjoyable part of the job is the different houses/people we see at every destination!

I absolutely love working for InpireClean. While they thrive on client's satisfaction, the company is also diligent on making sure their workers are safe, paid well and flexible with scheduling. I truly admire how the company runs it's business by the way they book appointments with clients and how it easily translates to the workers. InspireClean even goes as far as reminding the workers the night prior to their shift. For so many reasons it's a great company to work for. 

A typical day at work is arriving to the clients home and doing a walk through of the property. After that you can see all the details and comments for the clean you can follow as you go. The management is always helpful and understanding of daily life. The most enjoyable part is meeting new powerful women that become friends.

It is a fast paced, productive place to work.  The work place culture is good, with the exception of the few who have attitude and don't like to work as a team. Receive assignments via text and email messages and can work only the hours you want.  Easy to book time off  on the schedule which is also provided online.  Great mixture in various cleaning experiences.
